Personally I wish there were stores like Dunham's in Illinois. They have a little bit of everything which is nice.Stores in Illinois have gotten rid of all firearms and most hunting gear which is disappointing. This store has sales throughout the year which is what I will be waiting for. We need to grab a new deer blind and once there on sale I will buy at least 1.

The manager on 1-12-23 went out of his way to find a Teeter table in the warehouse area for me and the male cashier loaded the thing in my car. That's full service.

Love the store but they struggle to get items out in time for the sports seasons. Half of the store is filled with boxes and hard to maneuver when they are switching seasons. But I'm thankful to have it for all our sports needs

Nice store. I am thinking they are understaffed due to the current job climate so I had to call while in the store to get helped but they had a nice selection of stuff and I felt bad they were such short staffed. Prices a bit high but currently that's everywhere.

Found what I was looking for but only heard staff in the store room near the shoes. I was there 25 minutes looking at shoes and no one ever even asked if they could help. I'm satisfied because instead of buying an 80$ pair of sneakers that I needed assistance with I came home with a 45$ pair of shoes from the sale rack. They are comfortable and nice but someone missed out on the commission for the pricy ones in the back I never got to try on.

I stopped here to find something for work. I got a good deal with their coupons. They have a large collection of things. Dunham's has a great selection of Yeti mugs, flasks, etc. I still enjoy going here to see what they have.

Yeah I like Dunham's and have shopped there before. Some great deal and always friendly. Sometimes they don't have what you want but other times they do and at a good price. You need to watch clothing sale for good deals. Today I was very happy with my purchase. Signed up for emails and got 10% off my purchase to boot. ☺

Dunham's was the only place I could find a coat that my son liked. Staff was accommodating, especially taking down 10 or more coats to find the right size.

The store is ok, can provide some needs for the sporting life. However, there is a great need for customer service training for a particular employee who was working during evening hours two days ago. This employee asked me for help, I said "nope just kiliing time and doing some shopping" but somehow he strangely suspected me as a shoplifter. He followed me around the store, walked in front of me - chest to chest in a narrow aisle (no distancing?), and then approached me again less than 5 minutes later to again ask me if I needed help.I responded by saying "...thanks for you help" and I walked out of store. I understand shoplifting is horrible thing, but I just can't see treating customers like that. There is actively helping a customer, and there is stalking a customer. And based on what exactly? I was completely transparent with him and its not as if I indicated that I wasn't going to buy anything. Just looking for the time being. I shudder to think if this guy is a shift manager or manager of the store (see Joe Langston review)? Taking my business elsewhere.

The GM JIM is a Very nice and very Hard worker and has made an excellent 360 on the way it looks since he took over, He always seems to be able to go over and beyond for the customer. But when it comes to the Assistant manager now I don't know how she ever got a job like that iv seen her walk out the door and go home several times and leave the employee's to figure out what to do and is very improper to others she will page others to come help check customers out when there busy and just sat there on her phone fighting with her significant other i was just floored when she did that last month and went my friend asked her something she said can't you tell im talking on the phone and told us to go ask another employee and iv seen her do this several times in the past.... All I know is my niece is 5 and she is more mature

This Dunham's is loaded to the ceiling with sporting goods! They have so much inventory that it is visually overwhelming, but at least this ups your odds of finding what you're looking for. I was looking over their fishing and hunting gear, and in the market for hiking shoes and binoculars. They offered Merrell footwear, but had a limited selection and the price was so so. Great selection in the binoculars, and the gentleman at the counter back there was very patient and glad to answer our questions. We found just what we needed, and got it at a great price thanks to a 20% off coupon. (check online or in hunting/ fishing guides for one if these!) I will be returning soon for another pair, these are a perfect fit for our birding! Great selection, helpful staff, and good prices if you catch a sale and bring along a coupon. I will be a repeat customer.

Great selection of everything you can think of of. Bought some super cheap boots and snow pants. Friendly staff and clean store. It was a bit crowded with narrow isles and racks very close together, but that's to be expected from a store with such a good selection.

Not a great store. Too much merchandise in a small area. A lot of stuff is out of stock. Staff is very helpful. Easy parking. Nice location. Prices tend to be a little high.

The GM Is such a Good Hard working Young fella i think Jim was his name he seems to really go over and beyond for all his customers im not sure but the guy might even live there cause hes always working and seems to be the only one that if you ask a question hes gonna do his darn best to figure things out he even went out his way for my dear old wife to make sure she new exactly how to use her smart phone one day and i was just amazed at the patience he has for us old timers that are 80s and not up to the way of technology these days. I even asked him do you ever get time off but idk he just seemed to smile all i know is i wish he was around when we had our buisness cause he would be making what he puts in poor guy..

Walked in and there was a rack with sweatshirts on it with a large sign on top that stated the rack was 30-50% off. I went to check out and the product came up regular price. I told the cashier and she proceeded to argue with me telling me that it’s a general sign that is like the front window signs. I told her that I have worked in retail for 15+ years and that you can not do that. So I had 2 coupons I used them and said that I would be contacting the corporate office. Then all of the sudden she wanted to involve a manager. I will be contacting weights and measures on this location as well as the corporate office.Transaction 03951 reg 2 csh 55164

Durham's is a great store. Kind if pricier but they have good clothing here. Lots of different brands to choose from. They also have a good selection for shoes as well.

It's a nice store but it's managed from the corporate office. They don't fill the regional needs. Sometimes there is nobody there to help because the corporate office says they don't need that much help on that day.

I love going in here to look around at the unique things that Dunham's carries. It feels a bit it like a rummage sale when I have to dig for a fishing lure on the pegs, but that's part of the fun!

I went there a little after Christmas and they had some good deals. The boots are really cute and I was able to find a birthday gift for a family member there.
