I love Walmart always has what I need great prices as always and I love the fact that they have a good variety of produce to choose from. I never have a problem finding what fruit or vegetable I need. That also make cakes to your order from any occasion from their bakery. Great place to shop.

Store staff is iffy at times. Some are just amazing. One in particular was very short and dismissive when I asked for a charged disability cart. He told me to figure it out. So with my service dog, I looked, and one said charged. Well, it died in produce. I was helped by another customer. NOT STAFF!. So if you have mobility issues good luck.

I forgot that this walmart actually is a good version. Went in and was helped by some very friendly associates and found some items that other local places didn't carry!

It's no wonder Walmart gets such a bad rap. They fire employees left and right despite never having enough staff. The management is bad and is on a power trip, causing the employees to always look and act miserable. If you really want to save money on your grocery bill, go to Aldi instead. At least, they treat their workers with dignity and respect.

I use Walmart all the time.. now I am scared to go there.. my son and his friend used self check outs and threw their receipts in the garbage going out the door… the security girl stopped them and accused them of shoplifting!!!!!!! WTH.. cops come , girl finds receipt and bans them from the store!!!!!!! WTH.. she was in the wrong!!!!! She didn’t do her job and she bans my son??????? What is wrong with our society????? Cops and my son are laughing at her but I am seriously upset!!!! That is so wrong… she makes a mistake and then imposes discipline on the innocent person spending their money there… 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I work in retail and go to Walmarts all over and this one was the cleanest Walmart I've been inside in awhile and to see everything so organized in the clothing section and the floor nice and clean was nice.

Dirty could use a cleaning. The delivery sucks. The people that delivered are fantastic. It's the set up that sucks. Not a good set up for delivery. Always out of something I need.

Went there to buy a iPhone today and the people at the back counter wouldn’t sell because a team lead or coach wasn’t there so we asked if we could buy the phone as is and we can put our own service on it which you can and don’t have to go through the process but the still said no ABSOLUTE GARBAGE

Heres a novel idea😀bring back the benches so disabled people dont have to sit on the floor in the exit way during the winter to wait for their rides. Seriously meijer has benches, walmarts all over grand Rapids have benches but I guess ionia is too backwoods for common decency and accessibility 😤.

Ordered a breakfast nook online TWICE. The first time they take the money out of our account, send an email saying it's on its way with a date. And then the day before its supposed to be delivered we get an email saying it was sold out and they're refunding us money.So we find a new one we like, order it, when it arrives the table top is cracked in half. After MULTIPLE phone calls asking how to fix it and to have someone pick it up so we can have a new table sent, after about a week, someone picks up the table, through Walmart. We then don't receive an email about a new table being sent, so we call AGAIN. Now we're being told the table is sold out and they have "no record" of our table being picked up, so they can't provide a refund or help in anyway. We've called twice and have been put on hold for hours at a time with no resolution. Don't order through Walmart people, they don't care about customer service or providing solutions.

So I was on my way out when I purchase my items and they want to check my receipt I completed well she couldn't figure out what one of the things was on my receipt so they took me back to the checkout they'd go through all my stuff and then made me about 10-15 minutes late to my appointment

No staff.... Walmart has gone downhill in the last 5yrs. Surprised it hasn't gone out of business yet. Which is unfortunate because it used to be a good place to get things at.

Omg, this place s horrible. I went here last week and my experience was awful. Their checkout machine was broken and it took 4 workers and 20 minutes just to fix it. Then they took something out of my cart for some little kid because it was the last one. I did not want to give my Lego set to some 5 year old kid. Trash!!

Everyone knows all the walmart stories of the crazy things that happen at Walmart. Well this walmart in Ionia has a door greater by the name of Vickie and she is very rude and makes it a point to go out of her way to stop me every time I come out of this store even if I have nothing because I cashed a check or went to the vision center. Other then her I love my local walmart.

Typically quick in and out experiences, management was helpful and very polite. Will return here to shop again! Auto department, optical, and general merchandise is where my ☆☆☆☆ are focusing for overall rating.👍

Store is HORRIBLE. Doesn't make people wear masks routinely. Advertises layaway for jewelry but doesn't honor their own advertisement in the store. Some staff, whole others are incredibly ride, including some managers.

Had to go all the way to Greenville to get tires that they should have stocked. Update to one star. Waited 35 minutes at the gun counter. 5 employees asked me I needed help and I replied yes. None of them could get keys. Hopefully Amazon starts selling ammo soon so I as a customer can get some service. Walmart has become a joke.

The Ionia store is filthy. The floors look like they have not been swept in weeks. The parking lot constantly has overflowing carts in the return area. The whole store looks cluttered and unorganized. The managers of this store should be fired. They must be the bottom of the barrel promotions. At any other reputable run business, this type of dereliction would not be tolerated. Must be Walmarts corporate headquarters does not care. Shop elsewhere where your business is valued.

I truly enjoy shopping at Walmart. Haven't had any bad experiences. Not looking for any. They have the best prices around. I especially enjoy checking their clearance racks. I have a tendency to find really low prices on women's clothing. This is at any Walmart store.
