I can’t say enough about this store to be honest. They are always helpful but that easy to say, for me it’s how they love on my dogs when I show up. How when I had surgery on my foot they brought the things I needed to my car and stood in the rain explaining how to make orders on the app. And did I mention how much they love on my dogs because if I didn’t let me state that. Oh and let’s not forget how they from time to time have to mop the pee up and yet they do it with a smile. Thanks TSC crew for making My dogs and I feel welcome and always helping us out.

We absolutely love this location! Everyone is so friendly there and always helpful! There is one employee named Emily that is ALWAYS there and so animated and kind the moment we walk in. Each time I am there, she is doing a different job. I’m not sure if she is a manager (she should be if she isn’t) but she has great customer service and work ethic! I will continue spending too much money at this location 😆.

I used to like this tractor supply.. but the managers must have recently cracked down on the employees for customer service. Upon walking in, I had 3 employees asking what I needed help with at the same time so I couldn’t exactly understand what each one was saying. Had another employee ask me right after what I needed help looking for, and said I was just looking. Not even 5 minutes later, I was browsing the dog food isle and had another employee ask what I needed help looking for. I tried to make it clear that I did not need assistance. Good customer service should come naturally! This was overwhelming and made me want to walk out as soon as I got there. I felt bombarded by all the employees there.

Purchased 7 Americauna pullets on June 3rd. Lost four at 5 weeks of age from coccidiosis (they were vaccinated for it from the hatchery supposedly) and just found out two of my remaining three birds are cockerels. So, I literally paid over $100 (between bird costs to feed) to get one pullet. Completely not amused. Zero stars.

4 years ago I reviewed this location on 4 stars.NOW from Sunday evening, changing it to 2 stars cause of the cashier was too busy to check us out decent and we couldn’t get a word in for the coupon on dog treats ,, apparently her niece was there and her husband, cashier name starts with an A … bf and I were at counter for 10 minutes cause cashier was keep on messing up our check out cause she was keep on talking to her niece.

Check your dog food bags before checking out!!Purchased a bag of 4health while in the store a week ago because I was getting low. Went to open the bag of dog food tonight to discovered it had been opened at one time, as seen by the staples in the bag. Clearly this was returned and never checked over. This could lead to stale food, bacteria growth, bugs to get in or even tainted by someone. Glad I noticed this when I went to cut the bag open. I’m missing work to return this first thing in the morning and irritated at the negligence of staff along with having to miss work. This could have lead to a more serious situation causing a dog to get sick.

My wife and I went in before closing, we understand this is frustrating but we only went in for chicken food and to look at chick. Someone asked us if we needed any help and we said maybe. He responded that we you only have seven minutes and we will be closing just so you know (my wife works for tsc and your not supposed to tell someone your closing soon, as that means basically get out). Not only was he rude l, but we also asked if they had more chicks in the back as we heard some and he said nope and asked us kinda condescending why we wanted smaller birds when we asked for smaller ones other than the $1 birds on the floor.

Excellent customer service. We purchased a huge stack of rubber horse stall mats. We asked one of the workers if they could remove the top stack with a fork lift and he was happy to help. We had planned on loading these ourselves, however, he grabbed a co-worker and they loaded them for us! It was quite the task but they never complained and were happy to help. We will definitely be coming back here more often.

Bought a dog clippers a month ago from the locked case, got home and opened the hard case it was in and it was all unwrapped and completely full of hair so it was obviously used. Just bought a pair of boots for my wife as a surprise by just grabbing her size, when I gave them to her to try on, the bottoms where full of mud and the underside of the boots laying in the box where all scratched up. So used stuff apparently makes its way back on the shelf for sale as brand new frequently here. Very dissatisfied to say the least and will not shop here again.

The assistant manager, Samantha unloaded my semi in an hour and 20 minutes. It would probably have been under an hour but I chatted her ear off. She mentioned that they had been "eagerly waiting on a new batch of chicken coops", lucky for her customers they were on my trailer. Evidently they are on sale right now. I think every kid should get to raise chickens, they have baby chicks in stock, ready for Easter.Farm fresh eggs and chickens keep snakes and bugs incheck.

Love this store!! I used to work at TSC in Battle Creek, MI. years ago! Still a great store, need boots?need a jacket, need shorts? Socks? Need pants? Need shirts? You can get it here! Need dog food yep that too!! Need screws, yep them too! Tools, sweet treats, pop. Yep them too!!Just all around great place !! I'll never not love this place !!

Staff is friendly and helpful. The mobile pet vet is an awesome perk too. We really enjoy checking it the farmers market and the Amish food stand when they are set up.

I always go here to get my Softener salt . Employees seem very nice and willing to help out when someone looks confused or lost! Great job guys and plus the price for salt seems to be priced for a reasonable amount 👏

Great place for farm animal supplies and their food. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. TSC carries boots, hats and clothing too. They have tools, farm and ranch equipment and hunting supplies along with gun safes. Check them out.

Dr. Told me to pick up wrap for my feet. Being a horse women I went for vet wrap! Stays in place and is on sale this week. Love TSC.... If. you haven't tried shopping there think out of the box.....save money and enjoy the people that are frendly helpful. ! !

Great store, great prices, they have much more than just farm equipment like most tend to think when hearing the name of the place. My family buys all of our pet supplies and wood stove pellets here!

Great products, friendly service. If I have trouble finding something, someone is always available to help. As soon as the cashier sees something heavy in my cart he/she asks if I need carry out service. Last spring (2015) the store organized a growers market. Local 4H kids, Scouts, and Civil Air Patrol were there conducting fund rasiers; this TSC is more than a store, it is a community asset.

Went in to store to buy salt pellets. Before I could get to the register another customer got there just before me. She bought a bag of dog food that was ripped and got all over the place. In the mean time the clerk is asking her if she wants to sign up for some new promotion TSC is offering. He has got to ask her fifteen questions to get her signed up. In the mean time the clock is ticking. All I want to do is pay for my pellets and leave. That ain't going to happen because of this stupid promotion stuff all these retailers seem to think they've got to offer all their patrons these days. After several minutes the clerk asks me if he can help me. What a Joke!! Too bad they don't understand that's not the place to do such stuff. Many people are not interested in this NOTHINGBURGER promotional stuff that these retailers think we are dying for. I got tired of waiting and walked out. I just wasted 10/15 minutes of my time due to TSC being inconsiderate of me and others like me. Don't shop at TSC. It will send them a message!

We are at tractor supply in Ionia waiting for the doors to open at 8am along with two other cars waiting. Workers are running in at 8:01am to 8:03. When you run a place of business doors should be open at the time the business opens, not when lazy workers run through the door at the last minute. This is my time too!

Love this location - it's larger than the West Lansing store, and doesn't feel as cramped inside, and usually has more in stock.
