We use Rite Aid for all of our prescription and pharmacy needs. It’s a convenient location, the staff is helpful and friendly and the store is always clean. We find it to be well stocked with many other needs like greeting cards, holiday treats and beauty supplies.

Especially in light of the recent news about Rite Aid closing many of their stores, I sincerely hope that the Ionia store remains open and operational. Their staff - retail and pharmacy, is knowledgeable and friendly, they have a large and varied product line, and their in-town location is very convenient.

Pretty poor experience with customers, never keeps certain prescriptions stocked and no one is ever at the counter. Can't even get your medication because they either don't have it on hand or don't want to give it to you. I've been going to this place for 3 years and I'm tired of the poor service. Currently going to go to Walgreens.

I've always used this pharmacy and never had had any problems. Actually the pharmacy used to help me out above and beyond when it came to getting medicine for my mother when she was battling cancer, but this time when I went to pick up my prescription I wasn't treated well at all. I waslooked at, talked too and treated like I was some kind of addict. Her name was Liz she must be a new pharmacist because I have NEVER been treated like this before. If it happens again I will be looking for a new ptreaharmacy. Shame on her for treating customers like this. Not okay!

Not that great. They don't even call you when you're prescription is ready. When they do call you, they tell you that if you don't pick it up soon they will put it back but said it's been ready for a whole week and this is their "last call" and or they call you tell you it's ready and you go to pick it up and they never had it ready to begin with. This company will see the same fate as CVS if they don't shape up.

Rite Aid in ionia is ok. That s it there is nothing special about this location to make you want to come back. I went in to buy a tea and get cash back. There was no one who greeted me nor was there anyone at any of the 3 registers that have. The signs on all 3 said next register please how ever there wasn't any. 2 mins of looking around for someone to check me out and a lady finely came around the corner. She didn't ask if I was ready to check out even tho clearly I was standing in front of the close regeisters. I said is there a check out here or self check out I'm missing? She said no I can check you out.She wasn't mean or rude. But it's not a friendly environment either. I won't be going back.The store was clean.It doesn't have a blood pressure check machine.It's prices are a little high.
