The price was pretty steep for just a trim. Only trimmed around the paws. If anything else was trimmed we couldn't tell. Paid $50 for no bath or anything else. Just a trim. The hair around my cats private areas and unruly areas were still very long upon return. Not really sure what I paid for and will not return. They were able to fit us in the same day which was nice. Upon pickup I was told my cat got cranky during the paw shave...

First time comming here and they did a amazing job . Pretty expensive but grooming isn't cheap for dogs . Most definitely comming back . And they de shredded our dog which Basically made another dog with all the fur 🤣 . And they don't do underbelly which is weird.but when I picked him up they did trim it so its even that's a bonus .last groomer cut his belly hair way too short so they had to fix what the other groomer did.

I have a wooly pomsky and it was while between grooming sessions, so he developed a few mats.I walked in and she felt his fur. She immediately told me that ‘I shouldn’t have allowed to let his fur get this out of hand,’ and ‘her only option was to shave him.’I told her repeatedly Pomskies can’t be shaved, and she continuously kept telling me I was basically a terrible owner because he went so long between grooms. She REFUSED to do the groom and just comb out the mats like a normal groomer would. Isn’t that her job to being with?I would NEVER recommend her or her services to ANYONE. She belittled me and kept insisting on shaving a breed that can’t be shaved due to how the hair grows back.Don’t take your dog there if you’re in between grooms and they have mats if you don’t want to be chastised.

They were very rude towards my dog. While waiting they went on and on about how bad he was. Our dog is well mannered for a one year old mini labradoodle. Although he looked nice we will never go back there because of the bad customer service.

Made an appointment for my 85lb puppy, let them know he was an 85lb puppy, and when it came time to groom him they did, but they told us we need to find somewhere else because hes too big. They said that they had him in their system as 30lb. Nowhere did I say he was 30lb. Won't be going here again.

Linda and her staff have as much love for your furbabies as you, (if it could be possible 😘). We have a Australian Shepherd/Boarder Collie mix, so you can imagine the hair issues. He always comes home soft, shiney, trimmed nicely and smelling great. Not to mention is always in good mood when we pick him up. Highly recommended.

I guess I’d like to know why my dog came home with a big scab behind his ear that I wasn’t notified of. He looked nice but I can’t imagine cutting someone’s dog and not mentioning it so they can make sure to keep it clean.

Always do a really good job of grooming my dog and she's not afraid of them. Tried other groomers and my dog was afraid to stay with them. Not these girls, they are wonderful!

I took my puppy here to get her nails cut and the lady was very nice. She even put a cute bow in her collar and gave Her a snack for the road. Would recommend to all.
