If you are a diabetic you might as well save yourself the hassle and find a different pharmacy! Was told it’s a first come first serve on insulin when they run out they are out even if you already have an order placed with a time you are supposed to pick it up! I’ve been dealing with this for months and nothing had changed!

I really like the customer service here vs Walgreens in Ionia. Sometimes I have to say hi to the employees instead of them saying hi how can I help you to me which can be a little frustrating but other than that, I don’t usually have any issue getting my medications here.

Seriously the worst. I had 3 phone calls into the pharmacy in 2 days and they cancelled the wrong prescription after I specifically told them the dosage and pen needed. Looking at other meijer locations nearby or moving pharmacy’s. When you call and get someone there’s only one girl that seems friendly. The others make you feel like your irritating them in the phone. Now I have to deal with trying to get the correct medication filled with insurance. 🤦🏼‍♀️

They told My 17 year old son can't pick up his own medication! After three trips they claim it was a mistake and he could so forth trips a charm right?? Nope he was turned away again each trip one way is 30 mins.. the service here is truly disgusting and won't be returning next month nor will I recommend any patient to use there pharmacy!

Most of the employees are friendly there are a couple that have attitudes but most are very nice. Wish I could remember some of the names to give personal shout out but I would say the younger ones that work there are nice older one is kind of rude

There were some staff that were friendly and courteous. Others seemed stressed. There was a line to wait in, but it seemed I wasn't standing there a long time. I usually go inside the store for the Pharmacy because the drive through line is long and usually your waiting a long time in the drive through. I did have a lady that I thought she looked stressed from doing her job. Not a huge deal to me. But I'd give a huge Thank You to her and the staff that works hard....

Mijer pharmacy is always slow. Which is why I go to walgreens. Well they didn't have my meds in stock at walgreens as they ran out and mijer had it. I got the non generic meds and that doesn't work for me. My medication refill said generic and they gave me different which doesn't work for me. They were not helpful. Next time I will go without meds for a month

This pharmacy is so frustrating. Generally, the pharmacists are friendly. But when it comes to actually filling prescriptions, they are terrible. A couple months ago, my doctor sent a script over, and I got a text a few hours later saying my prescription was ready. I went in and they said they didn’t have it in stock and it would be ready tomorrow afternoon. I went the next evening, and they said it wasn’t in stock and that it would be ready on Monday. I got another text on Monday saying my prescription was ready. So I went in, and they said it wasn’t in stock. I almost lost it. I told the lady I’d already been here twice over the last 4 days trying to get this prescription, so she went and checked and surprise! They had it, she just needed a few minutes to fill it. So a similar situation happened about a month later with a couple texts saying my rx was ready but it was not. I frustratedly asked why I keep getting the texts saying it’s ready and they just responded “Oh it’s an automatic system, so that happens a lot.” Well why would you have an automated system if it messes up a lot? And just now, I had another rx sent over from my doctor, this one kind of a serious blood pressure med that they wanted me to start taking right away. I called the pharmacy to get a wait time and they said “Oh, we’re not scheduled to fill that until tomorrow.” After I explained I needed it today, she moved it up and said it would take an hour and a half. Better than tomorrow, but that still isn’t very fast. I think this will be my last time dealing with them.

I have two children with chronic health conditions and we fill about 15 scripts per month for them. Without fail, they are billed incorrectly to our insurance every single time. I got so sick of this, I literally made the staff write a comment in my girls charts explaining exactly how to bill the insurance properly, and I'm still charged the wrong co-pay every single time I go to pick up scripts. I then have to wait up to an additional 30 minutes for them to fix their mistake.On top of that, they're frequently out of medications, tell me it's being filled at "central processing" and will take a few days to arrive, or fail to fill prescriptions that are electronically sent by my doctor's office. Additionally, they have told me multiple times if there are no refills on medications that actually do have refills because they seem to have no way to clear expired or empty scripts in their system.If you're coming to this pharmacy for anything more than a simple antibiotic, prepare for long waits and frustration.

Always kind and fast. Very helpful to obtain discounts on higher cost prescriptions. Only issues is they often are low on things so I have to go back 2xs for one script. They always have it within a day to 3 though.

Super rude, gave a attitude even though she couldn’t hear what I said correctly then told me it would be a few minutes for my medicine and told me I couldn’t just wait there even though there was literally NOBODY behind my vehicle. Will not be using this pharmacy again in Ionia.

I have had so many problems with this pharmacy. I now have to use them again because of insurance. Every time I refill it is nothing but problems. They are super slow and I've had so many rude people. I dread it every time I need to refill.

Worst pharmacy ever!!!!! There never have anything in Stock always waiting on them then there send you to a different pharmacy that then you go to where there sent you and there never called it so you have to wait even longer. So unorganized!!!! And I've been going there for years there never changed!!! Now I'm switching tried to give them change.

Absolutely the slowest damn pharmacy in town.. I waited in the drive threw line for about 28 mins with only 3 cars ahead of me... It was absolutely ridiculous. And going in to the store isn't any better.. And also some of the people are snotty!

Sunday February 3 I went to pick my son medicine when I asked the cashier what insurance on file they had for him she replied with Medicaid so my husband gives her his insurance card which is though his employer my son does not get Medicaid still had told us my husband showed her it said right now his insurance card PHP but still didn't correct the problem so I left with no medicine today i took my son to the doctor asked the same question the office couldn't believe this it seems Everytime I go to Meijer pharmacy it is nothing but problems so we switched pharmacys I do not recommend meijer ionia pharmacy
