Grocery pickup service completely understaffed it takes way too long to receive your groceries. The employees always do a good job moving as quickly as they can trying not to make mistakes, but it’s only ever a single employee and pickup is always backed up. Every other grocery store offering pickup staffs multiple employees for this very busy service. I have always been in and out of other grocery pickups in 5 minutes or less. At Meijer it’s easily a minimum of 15-20 min wait every time. I believe if you are going to offer a service, make it of quality or don’t offer it at all.

Love shopping at Meijer as they have pretty much anything you need at a reasonable price. Great produce section. We live in a small town about 20 minutes from the closest Meijer and the savings is well worth the drive. Our local grocery store prices are more like a convenience store so it’s way more expensive. I forget how expensive our local store is until I go to Meijer and shop.

This place sells rotten meat. And if you work second shift I wouldn't shop here because if you need to return anything it must be done during 1st shift business hours which is ridiculous so I sit here with meat that's rotten that I paid 25 dollars for. I will never shop at a Meijers ever again. I even said I would take a store credit to not have to come back but the wide body female was apparently on the rag.

Let me be transparent by pointing out that I worked at this location in the past and did not have a pleasant experience near the time I quit. With that said, the overall state of the store isn't too bad. For the most part, the employees seem pleasant enough. Well, pleasant when you can find them at least. The store is generally very clean with the usual exceptions here and there. There are sales just about every week and I've never almost purchased expired grocery items. Everything seems to be a bit more expensive than other comparable stores in the area and the stocking is terrible. Not the workers, the actual stock available on shelves. If you don't go first thing in the morning you're going to have empty spots spattered everywhere. It feels like the store just can't seem to catch back up after the pandemic even though it's been almost 4 years. The stock issue IS specific to this store because neighboring city Meijer stores don't seem to have a problem with this.

Always a good place for grocery shopping. It's the most convenient location for me. The staff is always very friendly and helpful in locating items that sometimes defy logic in placement of products.

Check your expiration dates on every item. Bought a bag of Dove Chocolates in April, got halfway through the bag and noticed they expired 1/2024. Really frustrating. Also the bottle return is almost always full of machines that are down. I do like that they put in more self scanners as I don't like others to bag my own groceries since I'm OCD.

Terrible checkout. Red peppers and asparagus put in same bag as boxed pasta. Lunch meat put in bag with boxed cake mix. Butter put in bag with pasta sauce jars. Advertise price on tags in grocery rows not what it rings up as. NO INTEGITY. If you want it bagged properly, go thru self checkout, where you don't get paid to do their job. If you don't care how incompetent the checkout is and whether it gets bagged properly , go thru regular checkout. DAMNED IF YOU DO AND DAMNED IF YOU DON'T. Same Terrible experience.

Everytime I go to meijers to grab food from their deli, it's closed, but their sign and TV menue say 11am-7pm . This is the 7th time and it's 6pm right now and their already closed!! A couple other times they were closed when I got here at 5pm. I would give zero for their raiting in the family meals deli. Don't try and ask them a question either customer service is horrible.

Edit - They briefly improved and actually had adequate staffing but have gone back to their old ways. On top of that they've actually removed about half of their check out lanes to add more uscan stations so instead of paying cashiers you can do it all yourself. With the destruction they haven't even bothered to clean anything up as you can see in the attached picture.Always dirty, poorly stocked and never enough cashiers no matter time or day so always expect a wait regardless. They clearly do not care about their customers in any way which they will make clear to you anytime you visit. Their management is not remotely interested in improving anything and has made it very clear whenever communicating with them after their corporate office forces them to.

I'm super disappointed they took out the round bag holders and put in sport for baggers, but they never have baggers, so it takes twice as long to pay and get out. Meijer, if you are planning for baggers, hire baggers.

I literally just walked out of the store I’m sitting in the parking lot. There was a fly crawling on some of the donuts in the donut case. I told the worker in the bakery. She said okay and turned back around and kept icing the cake she was making. DisgustingMy initial reverie was 3 years ago. Here I am today and they still have flies and gnats in the donut case. I’ve inserted a picture this time.

It's clean and excellent greeters. On busier than average days you can expect them to have minimal lanes open along with the two self check-out locations. It's no longer 24hr and closes one entrance/exit set of doors after 10:00p.

We did an online order on Monday after being gone for a very love business trip and the service was amazing! They let me know when my order was ready, the order was correct! Joe was amazing! Awesome customer service, I was greeted at the door apron my arrival. I was also asked if I needed help finding anything while I was shopping. The store was very sanitary and they had alot of great deals going on. Fresh fruit and fresh meats and produce and have to love the ten for ten sale! Would definitely recommend shopping there over anywhere else around.
