I can't say enough good things about this place. Their meat department is excellent and the meat is priced very fairly. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. They also carry a lot of unique items that you can't find at other stores. I think it is an upgrade from the McCord's days (that store was alright too, this just has more).

I've always heard good things about this place so we went there last Saturday. I bought a beef brisket and brought it home and put it in the freezer. Got it out to thaw this morning and it was discolored and smelled nasty. Maybe it was just a bad choice of briskets but being 50 miles away it's not worth driving all the way back there to return it. I surely won't be making the trip there to buy meat again.

Clean, organized, tidy, well-stocked, and a self-serve pineapple corer/slicer! I came for the produce and found quality items available; I do use a variety of specialty vegetables that can be bought at other, nearby stores. Ken’s is an exceptional go-to for basics and meats—drive by the big chains and shop a local business!

They have good meat when it's in stock. The sales on meat always run out by the weekend, so you need to shop early in the week to get the good prices on meat. Also, sometimes the produce isn't as fresh as it should be.

Stopped and tried to get 10lbs of cubed meat for Swiss steak. Man at meat counter was far from friendly and quickly snapped he can’t do it now. I understood, can you get it for tomorrow or Friday, he wrote it down on an order sheet. I went back Friday, meat cutters didn’t get it done. Lady said we can get it done for Saturday pickup, I will go elsewhere. Ionia is 40 miles round trip. Stopped at a different store meat counter, on the way home, they cubed it right there while I waited.

This is more of a specialty farm market with a lot of unique products the bigger stores don't carry. The meat is great quality but you don't know what they will be offering. I went for a roast, but they didn't have any beef available aside from steaks the day I went. Produce is great quality. They carry Duke's mayo, which was such a great find. Several isles of specialty snacks and a small garden section, prices are high on some things and better than big box stores for others. Overall, it is a really nice, locally owned market.

I like going to this store because they have great deals and their produce is fresh. Their other products are good as well, great meats, bulk candy, a machine that cuts the peel off of a pineapple, I think that's cool. Their fresh strawberries are delicious

We like shopping there weekly. The produce meats cheeses and other food items are very good. The workers are very friendly nice people. I made it a point to commend the boss. He is always hard at work trying to keep things running smoothly. I deeply respect leaders who lead by example.

Great farmers mrkt! Some things a little pricey but not by much. Nice meat section butcher on hand. Lots of fruit and veggies. If you have a really big sweet tooth! There's a couple of isles that have canisters and boxes full of old fashion candies!They have just about everything from beer,wine,food, pet supplies and a garden center.

They have a nice selection of produce. They have almost everything you need for grocery shopping, just not as big as selection as some bigger stores. The garden center is nice. They have some great weekly deals. Last time I was there I got a huge bag of bulk candy, sadly all the candy wasn't any good. The caramel was gritty, the hard candy was sticky, and the toffee was hard. I'll skip the candy section the next time.

Ken's Farm Market is a wonderful place to get fresh fruits and vegetables as well as many other grocery staples. We just purchased the most amazing, large, ripe strawberries...something we have not seen for a while. And they were wonderful!

I do enjoy the affordable prices of their produce at Kens. The layout of the store is perfect. By having the fresh produce in the front, you can quickly grab what you are there for without having to walk around the whole store. The smell of the store, however, is a bit off-putting, with there being a section where fresh meat is sold, the smell carries throughout the store and, again, is off-putting to say the least. I've never personally bought the meat at kens. However, I do know people who have talked highly about it before. The meat looks appealing to my eyes and others' eyes as well.
