As a contractor, I tend to find everything that I need in this store. It actually shocks me at how much stuff they carry for numerous types of tasks you might have. I mow and landscape and their selection is second to none. They have everything and quality brands. Their Stihl line is super impressive, they got everything. They are local to me and it is a blessing. The owner is a good dude that cares about his company, the manager is as well.

If you post a review anything less than five stars maybe four four stars only if it is on a rainy day and an employee or two are late to work because they lost track of time rescuing puppies from the river and delivering meals to the elderly...anything less and you probably have no business handling tools or even cutting your own grass for that matter, let alone wandering blindly into a hardware store that has always offered the best customer service and home town atmosphere ever. They have always treated me as if they have all known me for decades.

This store is bursting at the seams in need of a more spacious building. The existing store is packed with products which I enjoy looking through. I am always looking for a reason to go shopping here.

Friendliest staff out there. Called about an item I couldnt find anywhere else, not only did they have it but the man brought it to the front of the store for when I got there. Couldn't have been more convenient. Great prices too.

I always appreciate help when I can't find or really know what I need. Staff is always helpful and pleasant. Prices are reasonable too. I would highly recommend this store

Love this place. They always walk me right to the item I'm looking for, they've made items I've needed but we're no longer made. Friendly, clean, prices are great. We shop here all the time.

I went there to buy a weed trimmer twice and was ignored both times. A store associate looked me into the eye and before I could ask a question, he quickly turned down an aisle way. The person at the checkout could see I was interested and said zero words to me.

Recommended a man to help my parents out and he took advantage of them. Literally ripped them off. 165.00 an hour to look at a sub pump. Beware of this guy John Misner.

Very good selection of tools and materials and they have most everything you can get at the big stores. Why not shop local? They also have ups pickup!

The people that week there were vary nice and considerat they helper me find what I was looking fore and they are very smart.Over all the name says it all gill roy's got itAnd they do I shop there often and I like the store vary much!

Well I sent my kids in to get 2 things while I went to wic I take my kids all the time when I go here well they only had money for one so they put other down mind u not where it went then went to pay for the one n got accused of stealing.Wtf my kids volenteeered to empty pockets they emptied n nothing n the guy w short black hair says do I need to call the cops n of course my son said go ahead. He had already purchased his item then same guy says just get the hell out of my store now does that sound like customer service

Don't expect to return anything if it's been more than 30 days even if it's on opened and with the receipt. I'll never shop there again and wouldn't recommend it.

Terri is absolutely wonderful! I made FIVE trips to Menards, because Gilroyams was closed, and my toilet still wasn’t fixed. ONE trip to Gilroys and a brief consultation with Terri and our toilet was operational. Thank you Terri.
