Nice place and they take good care of our dog, but they are a bit difficult to reach and to deal with. We spend a lot of money here, but when we had to cancel a kennel stay two weeks in advance, they charged us a $10 cancellation fee. Not great for customer relations.

Took my new puppy in to get his nails cut, he was in and out. No appointment either. He loved the other dogs he encountered too. The staff is very friendly. I will be bringing him back again. Maybe even drop him off just to play.

Our Black Lab, Frankie, Loves going to daycare! In fact, he cries the closer we get to dropping him off each week. Great place to have our small dog groomed, too! ❤️

First time to kennel our dog here! We were happy and impressed with the level of friendly service and quick responses to questions. I had called a few times, stopped in, and the days of drop off and pick up had a chance to interact with the staff. I picked up my dog today, and was happy and relaxed. We will be back.

I brought our small Maltese here for the first time for a haircut, nail trim, bath package. They were adhering to covid precautions. Only one person at a time was allowed in the reception area and everyone was wearing masks. The staff was friendly and listened to exactly what I was looking for in services. He looked perfect when I picked him up and price was very reasonable for our area.

Smokey was groomed on Friday. They did an excellent job with him. When we got there, he immediately growled while she tried to interact with him. She plopped on the floor and he finally went to her. She scratched his chest and he was putty in her hands. Thanks for taking such good care of my boy!

Amanda grooms my Baxter just the way I like him. She is great with my dog. She also has daycare and kenneling. Great place to take your dog for a "day at the spa"!
