Came here a week ago. The man running the place ( whose name I forgot 😔) was amazing. I had never been here before but he was so nice and explained everything and even helped me a couple times. I’ll definitely be coming back. The place is the cleanest laundromat I’ve been to in a long time. Great prices too.

Literally the best service I've ever had at a laundromat, the guy working showed me and my mom how to use everything. As well as the pricing being amazing, they don't use old gross water like the other place in garden city! Everything came out clean and we saved at least $20 compared to other places.

Wonderful Atmosphere, clean and very friendly staff. I didn’t notice any garbage round the laundromat. I also noticed the staff make sure there is no water or dirty areas. Gill, greeted me as I entered the door and the afternoon ladies are great company keepers. They make sure you’re comfortable and offer assistance to you consistently. KeepUp the great work ladies. I truly hope the owner appreciate all of your efforts. Lastly, there was a gentleman working at the front desk and he was helpful to other customers, as well.

The owner helped me with the dryers, I must say the washers and dryers were very nice, Alina was helpful. She was very nice as well. The facility was and is always neat and clean. I love my experience here whenever I have to wash.

Kay was very helpful and made our visit worthwhile. The facility was very clean and well organized. A single load machine costs $2.75, a four load machine costs $4.75, a six load machine costs $6.00 and a ten load machine costs $9.50. the cost can go up if you select heavily soiled or extra rinse. The dryers are large and dry quickly. It's 25¢ for 5 minutes, and most loads are dry in about 20-25 minutes. The last wash is at 9pm so doors can close at 10pm. Laundry supplies are a little pricey so don't forget to bring your own. These machines only take a preloaded wash card which can be purchased and loaded at the facility. There is a 50¢ surcharge applied to these transactions.

This is a very nice facility however the staff member Halina (probably spelled her name wrong) isn't too friendly. She's nitpicking every little thing to have something to say to me (for some odd reason) even moved my laundry baskets instead of waiting until I got finished loading the dryer or asking if it's okay to do so. Very rude! Other than that I would've gave a 5 star since customer service is very important to me...

5 stars because of ELANA (spell check) she is one of the best employees that you have. If she would take doubles over my sista by color then your store would be rocking!! I did post a review regarding my sista of color treating me the customer wrongfully. I still come here because when Elana is here it’s always a smooth wash day regardless if it’s a busy weekend. SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!!

Now I’ve been coming here for some time a two of the workers are really nice! It was last night… the last wash is at 9 I show up at 8:30. The lady gets to yelling now why would yall wait til the last minute to wash. I was going to get my clothes dropped off but she had an attitude about it. A few other customers roll in she starts yelling at them as well “now why everybody wait so late to wash”. A lady asked her a question she snapped. The lady used the bottom dryer instead of the top a the worker went off on the customer “now I have to go up a down up a down”. The whole time my boyfriend an I was there she was on the phone talking about us, she was being disgustingly rude. An the whole time she was complaining about doing everything that fits in her job description. She wouldn’t even let a young lady use the bathroom.The worker I am talking about is of color like myself. Kinda sad how you treat your own people smh distasteful.

I’ve been twice the first time was great the attendant on duty was Kay she helpful pleasant and informative the second time I went the attendant stay behind the counter and when she did come to the floor she decided to talk about other coworkers I could’ve did with out the drama I made sure I got her name I believe it was Alina because I couldn’t believe the performance she was given 3 stars for Ms.K…..

This is the best laundry around! Alina is so helpful and friendly every time I come in! They have everything you need here!The machines all work very well and they have many multiple sizes. They also have two different sizes of dryer. The store is kept very clean and the machines are kept up and all work very well and I have never had a problem here.I especially love the dryers that will dry my laundry in 20 minutes every single time no matter how big my loads may be!

My go-to spot. My laundry is done quickly every time with no issues. Alina is always helpful and super friendly to everyone. Lastly, but certainly not least, I love how it is always super clean inside. You don’t get that at lot of laundromats these days. Excellent service!
