My actual rating is ZERO STARS . I visit this store very often because of convenience, but today I ran in to pick up one item. When I walked in the store there was a worker (The Manager)stocking the refrigerator while arguing with someone on his cell phone. I grabbed what I needed and headed to the register. There was no one to check me out so I rang the buzzer on the counter and waited. There was another customer ahead of me that had already put his items on the counter. We both rang the buzzer a few more times with still no assistance . Finally the customer ahead of me walked over and asked the guy stocking the refrigerator (The Manager) to assist us. He comes to the register and says why didn't we ring the buzzer, we both looked at each other and said we did several times. Well I guess that agitated him as well as the other customer said out loud that it looks like they need to hire more help because by this time we'd been waiting for about 10mins. The guy at the register (The Manager)then very rudely says I'm the manager and we don't need any help here then refused to check out the customer ahead of me and asked him to leave. He then looks at me and says I can help you now and I said "NO THANK YOU" left the stuff I went there for and walked out of the store. I will never return to this store to spend my money! I'm surprised this store is still open with the long lines, nasty customer service, and the store always has boxes and stock everywhere! I've contacted Customer Care about this issue and I hope something is done about this very rude manager.

I 💕 shopping at this store, the manager Fred is a very nice guy, he helps me find all my stuff I need, he helps me with my essentials and stuff I really need. The assistant manager Bre always greets me 😊 when I come in the store and she always keep her smile and she's very beautiful

So I just came up here to get some plates so my family can eat dinner. We just moved in and we didn’t have any. So I came up at 8:20. It says you close at 9. The door was locked. But I see some inside being helped. I tried to get in but I was ignored. Then the person was let out and they locked the door back. It’s 8:27. This is unacceptable

Rude manager snatched stuff out of my cart and told me she couldn't sell it to me. When I asked her y she said it's not supposedly supposed to be on the floor. At this point seem like u wanted to urself. I've never felt so disrespected...

I love shopping at this location the manager Fred is such a nice young man and very helpful and his assistant manager of Bree is very friendly and has excellent customer service I come 3 hours away just to the shop at this location because of the two will definitely recommend to everyone 💕💓💞💖

A friend of mine got beat up by the manager of the Dollar Store who falsely accused my friend of stealing when he didn't and he had a black eye as a result of the fight and I hope that manager of the Dollar Store gets fired and arrested for assault and battery and sued for damages and injuries. :(

Literally the worst experience. An hour and a half after they open and the doors are locked. Why have hours online if you don’t even follow them? Not like they have any hours on the building either. Dirty and rude staff. If I could it no stars I would.

This location is terrible!! The store NEVER HAS anything in stock!! It's always junk EVERYWHERE! Workers there don't clean or stock whatever in the boxes on every isle. Store is very dirty! And one closing manager has a disrespectful rude attitude. Short Caucasian and highly overweight ..Im not sure of her name but she obviously doesn't want to work there at all. This location is a HUGE NOOOO for me and I'm sure for plenty of others!. I'd give 0 stars.

The place is ok. They seem to be stocked fairly well. They do not have enough people at times to check people out so the line sometimes gets backed up. People have stolen the carts and they have not been replaced so shopping there is a real hassle if you have anymore then a few light small things.

This is a decent location. I wish i had gotten the young man's name that works there because when he saw my friend who was shopping with the hand held basket and it was full he saw that and took it from her and took it to the register for her. We got more stuff then when we was ready to leave we had several bags he took those bags to my vehicle. I had never ever gotten that type of service at a Dollar General so shout out to that guy! I love well mannered people who gladly help out older people that's how you know they been raise right! I'll definitely go back to this location plus its in my hometown which i no longer live in but i like the service there.

The biggest issue of this location is an employee named, Maliki. He harasses female customers, his female coworkers, and gives blatant disrespect towards customers. Once while shopping there I hear him harass two women whom had just walked in… “there go the double butt twins” - Maliki. I’ve also seen him willfully ignore his duties at the cash register to follow women around the store to ask for their telephone number.It’s disgusting.

Well stocked for a relatively small store, and clean. The non seasonal clearance area is a bit chaotic, and not everything is priced, but it's not a huge deal.Prices are reasonable for a convenience store, but convenience food in grocery costs more than at a grocery store. Come early for the best selection from the coolers. Also, there's beer and wine now. Bonus.

Everytime i visit this location it seems busy. They're NEVER any shopping carts available. The wait time in line seems pretty long. Not that bad of a store. The male cashier always nice

Loved the $6 movie. The kids likes the activities. Of course they were hungry so I had them eat there. Too expensive! But I knew that already. Parking was too far by the DIA. Next visit I'll go earlier and feed them before we go.

Kind employees but dirty store, none of the prices are right on the shelf and management says they're in the middle of a remodel and order not to give you the price that's on the shelf. This store is not in the middle of a remodel it's in the middle of the ghetto! The inside of the store is in a serious disarray. I would call corporate if I knew the number.

Switched from the Family Dollar to Dollar General and it's just as messy and the worker's are not talking to the customer's but yet to each other about their personal facebook posts. Shelves are ALWAYS EMPTY and need restocking. But the cashier and the other girl working like i said are too busy talking amongst themselves.. While there are 5 people in line 2 workers talking to each other instead of opening up a new register to check out customer's. They are rude and lazy. They get paid to stand around doin nothing!! ASIDE from all that nonsense the parking lot looks like a trash dump.. There's ALWAYS several homeless people standing outside. And drunk beggers.. And I'm not assuming they're drunk i can see hear and smell it. My child asked what that smell was.. So you get harassed on the way in and out.. And the employee's hqve NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!!Again stores messy empty shelves.. And dont expect anything but an attitude if you need something. Like being the customer in need is taking their priceless facebook time and they are rude as hell!! I HATE this is the closest store or I'd go elsewhere.. It was the same way when it was Family dollar.. Js.. This place sucks all around... Avoid if possible!!!I am going to write the company abiut this is how sick and done i am with this store!!!

andy use to work here... They took me off the schedule last year 2 weeks before Christmas without any explanation and when I tried calling HR to respond It took them a longtime to actually fire me. Even after Christmas. Even after nobody would tell me why I wasn't on the schedule. Sooooooooo unprofessional ! The store is always dirty and stuff is alwats everywhere.

Much better kept than similar stores in the area. A little hit and miss with selection. Especially with the refrigerated items. But all considered a good place to grab a few quick items for not much green.

Rated 3 stars because there’s been countless times when I’ve stopped in for something quick and it’d be a line wrapped around the entire store with 1 1/2 employees! HIRE SOME PEOPLE PLEASE! There’s plenty of ppl needing a job!

Was at the Inkster, Michigan location.The young man at the front counter was a ray of sunshine from the time I walked in until I left! I also made a new friend that I'll never see again. The service was 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all day long. I just might. Make the trip just for the customer service!!!!

Not the best of the dollar generals that exists. They have a sign on their door that says ....No change or money back at register for any reason.Then I watched a black man come in and ask why? The manager said well....Its actually up to us were supposed to use our discretion and from there he said okay never mind I wanted to get at least a hundred so I will go somewhere else ...thanks .. ...She said no problem its up to me and I can do it for you just come on through.....So the very next day I tried this asked if I could get 20 back in cash and I was told Absolutely under no circumstances didn't I READ The note on the door ?????😏 I hate to think it's a racial thing but honestly there was no reason for that and I come I there at least 3 times a week !!! Such is life I guess...
