They have the cutest shop ever! The Cafe is also super cute. Got our drinks very fast and they're delicious. I'm so excited that my niece moved close by. I'll be a frequent visitor every time I visit her!

The folks were friendly, the coffee was decent, but the process was pretty slow. We stood in line for about 15-20 minutes to order, and then another 14 minutes to get our coffee. The gift shop had some neat Michigan items though. With a few process improvements, this place has potential to be a great coffee shop... or if you have plenty of time to wait on busier days, you'll likely still enjoy it.

I come here every morning on my way to work! All the staff is amazing and very personable. It is a great way to start my day. They get my drink right every time. Such a fun place to go in the afternoons or the weekends and relax in the Adirondack chairs on the patio.

Very cute cafe, clean, great food & drinks served with a smile. When your done you can stroll through the wonderful gift shop and greenhouses. An absolutely plus to Cheboygan county. I would also like to add that I have watched this family grow through the many years and employ many many locals and purchase local products to sell or use. With hard work, and lots of ambition the sky’s the limit :) a place I highly recommend!

Went through the drive thru. Very friendly even over the speaker. Answered my question about whether they had the classic syrup or not politely (they didn't but that is good because I don't like it)...barista made my drink PERFECTLY (venti iced coffee, 2 shots of espresso, light white mocha, and soy milk). Usually I feel like I'm being too needy when I order like that, but they made me feel like they wanted to make it just right.

The employees were not experienced to be working in a starbucks field. They did not even know the sizes of the cups and forgot ice in our frappuccinos. Once we got them, they were somehow completely melted and there was no coffee at all in them. Also they were barely filled halfway up the large cup. It was a waste of my money. Would not recommend to anyone, was terrible.

Chairs could be a bit easier to move if they put felt on the bottom of the legs. Comfortable setting, good parking, easy to find, not super busy so you could easily carry a conversation.

Excellent outdoor patio with free WiFi access, and dog friendly too. Great spot to get some work done if needed, or just relax with a cup of coffee and your pup!

I walked in no greeting from the girls behind the counter and no response to my greeting. I ordered a breve with vanilla and whip ended up with just a breve. Unfriendly too busy with their own conversations and their phones.

It's really a home town Starbucks! The service is always with a smile. The manager is amazing. I drive 25 miles to go here.

Just had the worst costumer service I've ever experienced. My wife and I were treated like we were the biggest inconvenience and when asking about seasonal choices got very limited explanation.
