We had a great long weekend stay in September 2022! Our cabin was clean, and as expected, we brought our own bed linens, towels and pillows. The four of us had plenty of room in cabin #7. We enjoyed having our pontoon docked near the cabin and spent a lot of time on the water and also fishing from the docked boat. There is a grocery store in nearby downtown Indian River. Very convenient! I would suggest you bring a fan to take advantage of the cool evenings and a small nightlight for the bathroom. The manager and staff were great and communication was top-notch! We already made reservations for 2023!

It was great getting a pump out and fuel. Thanks Jr and everyone. The service was great, friendly and a joy.You were open and your pump was working. Boy we needed it! Lol The Arch Angel ran smooth on that fuel too.

Love this place, great cabins, great boats, great prices, great people, it's just plain great. UPDATE: after spending a week here all I can say is WOW, absolutely zero issues with our cabin with it's stunning view, pontoon rental was the best and the process was quick and easy, all the staff were super friendly and very helpful, Sander is the man going above and beyond for anything you might need and the "wood guy" is fantastic. We already booked for next year. I give The Landings a 10+ as it is the Bees Knees.

I was there the first weekend of June 2017. I had spent many weeks here fishing with family in years past but we stopped coming here due to shady service. The new owners are WONDERFUL! The cabins are great and super clean. The service is amazing. The atmosphere isn't what I remember as it used to be more of a fishing camp, now its more like a great family resort, weekend or week long vacation place. Prices are very fair and reasonable.

We stayed in the Lodge. It was huge and recently redecorated. The beds were not very comfortable though. I was disappointed by the lack of outdoor space as I love to be outside. Also, it had a nice ping pong table and pool table in the lodge, but it was missing some of the pool balls and the paddles for the ping pong table were broken. Still gave us something to do on a rainy day.

This place is in a great spot! Other than that I was not happy. The shower in our cabin never worked. Both trips to the office led us to an employee who's attitude was "I just work here" she said that while we complained. So if I don't talk to an employee about something not working exactly who should we go to? They had a public shower that we made due with until the second night when the power in the entire place wen out and people started acting like animals in the bathroom when it didn't work (nasty).We contacted management about our displeasure and they offered us 10% off our next stay. It was $170 a night for a no shower room. $17 a night off our next trip wouldn't be enough to get me to come... I would stay elsewhere.

We were in the area for a family vacation and just wanted to explore one of the local lakes. We called all around Crooked, Burt, and Mullet lakes and everyone was booked up and/or wanted way too much for a half-day boat rental. Thankfully I found this place! The owner John is a super nice guy and they hooked us up with a pontoon boat just the right size for the three of us at an extremely reasonable price. We had a great afternoon cruising around Mullet Lake. You can also cruise the Indian River or head to Burt Lake. Highly recommend this place.

Met John the owner and his son today. Amazingly friendly people. Clean establishment with friendly staff. Gas prices were very fair and the best I have seen on the inland waterway. They deserve 6 stars!! Locally owned and family operated dont see that very much anymore.

We used Landings Marina to launch our boat into Mullet Lake. We rented a place on Mullet lake and wanted to bring our boat to fish. Our boat broke down the first day we went out and it started taking on water. We called Landings and they had someone there within the hour and towed us back in. I wish I would of know they rented boats for such a good price I would of never took our boat in the first place. We then rented a pontoon boat for a great price from them. They were so nice and helpful from the towing to the rental of the pontoon it was wonderful. They even rent cottages which was nice to know thinking about coming back here next year. Thanks for the wonderful service.

John was so accommodating to my family and I when we rented a pontoon boat from them! It made our experience amazing to spend a beautiful day on the lake! We would recommend renting from this marina if you are ever up in the Indian river area. I've been coming here since I was practically born :D

Cabins were better than I expected! Amenties included tv with cable service, fan, gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen including fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffe pot, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Beds werent the most comfortable and didnt include bedding but were decent. Bathroom and shower worked as a expected. Cabin was clean. Firepit and private dock for boat located in front of the cabin. Relaxing weekend! Overall a wonderful trip and we will definitely be back!

So so friendly and willing to do whatever is necessary.My boy forgot his fishing pole and they had one available for us even though they don't rent them out.Which helped make some great memories for him.

Rented a boat from here. No issues to report. The staff was friendly and professional. Zuma, my dog really enjoyed the time on Mullet Lake as well.

Would NEVER stay here again! My family and I rented cabin 12 this past weekend (8/9-11/2013) this was the grossest place I think I've EVER been. The stench of mold when we first walked in nearly knocked us out, the visiable old school mouse traps under the sink and next to the fridge were a good indication to not leave any belongings there, or you might be taking a friend home with you. The photo I attached is from the drawer of the television stand. The top of the television looked like it had a bloody hand print, after further inspection that turned out to be a candle wax hand print. Our kids refused to sleep using the blankets provided cause there were visiable dried boogars stuck to the comforter. When we inquired on the pricing of renting a pontoon, we were quoted prices MUCH higher than what was written in the litature with the explaination of the boat was new. At 160.00 a night, I truly expected a much nicer place that included towels and me not having to make the beds before bedtime. A week prior to this we were at the Hyatt...MUCH nicer and the cost was MUCH less too. Two words to describe this place....TRULY DISGUSTING!!!

The wood dock could use some ADA improvements but this is a great place to rent a cabin, a boat, and enjoy sometime away from it all.
