Same day appointment, friendly staff, and they did a great job on my dog. He smelled so good afterwards and was shedding a lot less. She was even nice enough to bring him out to my car so I didn’t have to lug my baby in her car seat inside. Pricing was also a little better than some of the other area pet salons. We’ll be back!

They did great! Cockapoo gets so shaggy and long so I wanted a short cut this time and he looks like a different dog but it's just gonna be easier to maintain. Great job Kelly's Pet Salon!

We had our Brittany Spaniel groomed for the first time. Kelly did an amazing job! She cleaned up his long hair and he’s looking like a handsome puppy again. We are extremely satisfied and will definitely be bringing Hank back in the future! Thank you Kelly’s Pet Salon!

Honestly, I don’t know what’s happening at Kelly’s, but I was bringing my two cavapoos here and I’ve never seen my dogs increase in their anxiety symptoms and panic before bringing them into this building for their grooming appointment. They would whine, tremble, shake uncontrollably, and actively resist walking up to the door on their leashes. It got worse every time. They grooming looked great but it was not worth whatever experience they were receiving. I went to Glamour Paws in Imlay right down the road and my dogs are absolutely happy and joyful going here. I also received information at Glamours that several of their customers have left Kelly’s for the SAME reasons!!! I do not recommend Kelly’s, I do recommend Glamours for the well-being of your fur baby.

They are the BEST groomer that my wife & I have ever taken our baby Trixie to. Since taken Trixie to them, we no longer need to sedate her. She loves going to the "Spa" now

She loved and trusted you and everyone at Kellys so on behalf of my family, we give you 100!!!!Kelly and her team have been taken care of our dogs for nearly 20 years and they look beautiful every time they get back home never any problems absolutely the best.

We are newer to the area and this is our first time going to Kelly’s Pet Salon and they did an awesome job.I have a 100lb golden/lab mix who has been groomed many times and I don’t think he has ever looked so good! So glad we found our new permanent groomers! Also, so sorry to the groomer that Theo got excited and basically punched in the face , you were so sweet about that. Thank you ladies, you really did a beautiful job with him.

Kelly did a great job with Bear. When I picked him up I couldn’t believe how adorable and cute he looked with his new cut. Kelly’s pet salon is professional and very friendly staff. First time here with my Goldendoodle. Had nails trimmed, bath, and haircut. She did an awesome job, trimmed her exactly as I asked, she smelled great, hair is now super soft and shiny, ears cleaned, and she didn’t cut off my dogs 2” eyelashes even though head was trimmed short like I asked. Place is clean, storefront very cute, has entrance set up for 1 dog at a time , highly recommend!

Kelly and her team are very nice and professional! My husband and I take our little over a year Boxer, Annie there and she loves it! Today was her first full groom, she is so soft and looks like a princess. We actually helped save a run away dog too before I even picked Annie up! Thankfully the dog was caught by Kelly and the other people including myself helped to save the day!

Kelly fit me in at last minute for a nail trim. She knew just how to handle my fidgety nervous dog. She did a good job. Then without my asking she swabbed his ears with cotton ball. Above and beyond a nail trim. Will definitely be going to her with my dog grooming needs!
