Love this place so much the staff is so kind and they are great a social distancing and making sure everyone is safe. They are great with all small animals and make sure that they are always happy and comfortable. We have been coming for years and have helped our dogs and other animals lots.

I have been going to Dr DeLand for many years now. They've taken care of all my animals. He's a great veterinarian and now his daughter is a veterinarian too and they work together. They have compassion for all types of animals. They're honest and I've never had any problems getting my pups in to see them. The prices are reasonable as well. You can't go wrong with this veterinarian clinic.

Only taking clients Ida . Sad I really was hoping to take my puppy to them that has a problem other vets can't figure out they come highly recommended but if your in Monroe they aren't taking out of Ida. Back to the drawing board

We ( my sick pup and I) have just had the most AMAZING Experience with the wonderful staff here. They got us inn quick for an eye infection saw us instantly and are completely affordable as Im on dissability. I'm giving these Lady's a 10 out of 5 because they didn't know is at all and already we were family. If your lookong for A Vet, PLEASE go no further then the Ida Vet Clinic. They were very caring for my dog who had chronic illnesses and when my dog had to be put down. Dr. Kelsey was her vet and she went through study after study to find temp or hopefully cures...ours were temp fixes. She had to be hospitalized for several days but in the end we had to put her down. She was very compassionate toward family and dog.

Dr. Chelsea is simply a gift from God. After floating in my horses teeth, and inoculating my newborn Arabian Court, we had a life-threatening injury the next day. Dr. Chelsea came out very early in the morning, patched us all up and gave us the meds we needed.Horse and Rhea have ever had on any of my horses, and Dr. Chelsea wasn’t sure if she would make it. But just now she took a turn for the better. Thank you so much Dr. Chelsea you are literally a lifesaver. I am a client for life.

We have a small farm and live 5min from there office, so that being said I would rather use this office for vetting but, Multiple times we've had less then poor customer service, and the women in the office are a bit rude. Every time we call for a question or a little help no one knows anything and can't help! Just called to get a health certificate to travel with my healthy horse and they tell me it will be a week and a half wait even know he had all his shots, not to mention again I'm only 5 min up the road and takes maybe 10 min to check out the horse!! Staff is just rude and not helpful...
