I recently had to call 15 different pharmacies to find some medication that’s in short supply. This pharmacy was BY FAR the most pleasant and helpful. All the others were sort of mad at me for calling or hung up while I was on hold. Thanks for being kind during a stressful work day.

I've only used this Rite-Aid for the pharmacy for over-the-counter medications and routine vaccinations. The store is easy enough to get into from Coolidge, as the light at Lincoln makes turns easy. You can find parking at any hour in a large lot.The store is fairly clean and well-stocked, though as in most retail spaces, check the website to confirm availability of products where you can. I've encountered issues at times locating what I needed, but supply chain issues are what they are. Prices tend to be higher here than competitors, so do keep an eye out.I scheduled an appointment for a routine vaccination with zero fuss online and arrived on time. Check-in was easy. The pharmacist delivered the vaccine gently and efficiently, I got my bandaid and went on my merry way. That's all I can ask for, and I really appreciate it!

I wouldn't go to this rite aid ever again. Pharmacy service is terrible. They claimed they didn't and couldn't get my pharmacy coverage info but told me when and if I get it call back and they will take it and run it. I called back and was told today it's Monday very busy and we can't take your info over the phone but come in and shouldn't take no longer than 3-1hr to fill after that. I told her the pharmacy worker just told me to call back and it wouldn't be a problem. She was like okay , then placed me on hold for over 10mins and never came back to the phone so I ended the call. Side note never been told they wouldn't take my coverage info over the phone to fill my meds. I been with rite aid for at least 15yrs. So after hearing that I was shock of the service.

I fill my prescription here every month, and not had any bad experiences with this Rite-Aid pharmacy, and some of my other personal items. Keep up the good customer service practices.

Pharmacist Marina was very kind, polite, professional and engaging over the phone. She introduced me to GoodRx and helped me to secure my prescription, which was unaffordable until she intervened. I appreciate her willingness to educate me, making me feel valued.. She provided me with excellent Customer Service. The excellent Customer Service continued when I arrived to the Pharmacy and met Larisa, who was also professional and engaging. She greeted me as I walked up to the counter, which is pretty rare these days. I feel like the art of good Customer Service is becoming a thing of the past , however; Marina and Larisa continue to embrace it and I’m glad they do!! Thanks so much Marina and Larisa!!!

Was discriminated against by my own Black sister. Her attitude was non chalant and didn't even speak back when giving a friendly hello. However, immediately after an causian person came up she spoke without them saying anything to them and offering assistance. Just pains me that this situation happened and the store is racist and prejudice.

Buyer Beware! The manager, Ahmad, does not honor the scan law. I purchased an item that was regularly priced at $4.99 but rang up as $5.49. When I returned to get the bonus difference, he tried to only give me back $.50. I told him about the scan law and he said he was giving me back my $.50. He then tried to tell me the item was already marked below wholesale price which had nothing to do with what I paid. He then tried to bargain with me and give me $1.00 off which was still incorrect. I asked for a refund since he clearly is either uninformed about the scan law or was trying to cheat me. Either way, I will not return. UPDATE: I called customer service & they agreed with me. They told me to go back to the store to get my scan bonus as well as a courtesy gift card. The manager, Salma, was rude when I went to retrieve my cash & card....still one star.

My Five star rating are for the employees of the store... Selma, Bakus, and more are an extended family and have been since 2009... In regards to the pharmacy..I try to use mom and pop’s as opposed to corporate.In addition.. the folks that work in the store adhere to safety rules for Covid..

This is and always has been a terrible pharmacy. I was completely traumatized when Lincoln drugs went out of business (sad) and I got sent to rite aid; it was very kafka-Esque, in the scariest of ways. They are rude, especially the main pharmacist man, he’s terrible. Don’t waste your time at this place (aren’t rite aids all going out of business? Because it’s about time). I got all my stuff transferred to another independent pharmacy in royal oak. I support independent pharmacies! Always the best option

The cashier was very rude and impatient! She argued with a lady that she waited on while I was in line. Also spoke to me the same way. I don’t understand why it seems as if the rudest people remain in jobs. The management should train or replace her.

The best pharmacy to shop for food/groceries etc I love the environment in rite aid the pharmacy & front desk employees are the best at what they do, I usually shop for gummy bears & soda 🙂 I suggest pharmacy’s like rite aid at Huntington Woods in Michigan

I walked up to the counter and he just looked at me like I was stupid so I told him what I needed and he just says “what window are you in.” Like You would talk to a child...

This is a standard Rite Aid. Nothing special. My only gripe is having to insert and swipe my debit card when I pay, including when using tap-to-pay with my phone. As if we really needed the process to get even longer...
