Had no trouble finding the items I came in for. They are about 20% higher cost than shopping at Meijer but this was faster and more convenient. They only have a six or seven checkouts so I did have to wait about five minutes in line but really didn’t have a problem with that. The Starbucks was pretty fast.

I LOVE the Starbucks in this one!! My girl always makes my drink just how I like it. I couldn’t see her name but she was working alone & was so quick while also providing service with a smile, fabulous drinks and inspiring messages on each cup. She deserves to be moved up for surely! Thank you for making my day brighter :)

horrible! employees were rude and very slow! i ordered a venti and received a grande! and when i said i ordered a venti the guy who made by drink gave me a bad look and said no you didn’t when my friend heard me say venti! they have no good customer service there! and i also asked for extra strawberries and got a lesser amount than i would normally! worst Starbucks around!

Went to get some laundry soap and found that this arm and hammer soap was on sale for two dollars and some odd cents so misleading the tags are in front of all of them, but I got to the checkout it was six dollars and some odd cents went back to the aisle, took a picture of the tags. apparently had to read the fine print because only a certain size was on sale so I had to switch out. family fair you really gotta do something that’s misleading for the customers

Certainly higher prices for groceries than large stores... especially for daily stuff like produce, eggs & dairy...also for seasonal (egg nog, cider...) & holiday stuff (Valentine's, Easter...)...but so conveniently located.It's also nice when someone bags your groceries for you. I'd say that happens 4 of 10 times for us.

The staff here are SO nice. It’s 24 hours which is nice too. Definitely recommend using their “yes card” rewards (it’s free), makes the prices pretty reasonable.

I have been purchasing my weekly groceries at your store for 20 years and you just lost me as a customer. I was at the store at 7:30 to check out and was REFUSED an open lane.Self checkout is a challenge for me because I'm 75 and I'm NOT a cashier. I needed help several times as I knew I would and I felt the resentment of the employee who came every time.I will NEVER spend my money at a place who is RUDE to me.

I really love this store! I hate going to places where it isn’t 3 minutes down the road. Ever since the remodel everything has been chefs kiss. It has a great location and awesome selection of items. Their prices are a little high though, so we don’t do our big grocery shopping here. It is great for getting a few odds and ends though!

Very clean but only had self-serve checkout lanes open I always have trouble with produce and vegetables in fresh area. Someone should always be manning a live check out. The store is super clean and well stocked and that would not buy my meat from any other place.

I always like the Georgetown store. They have fresh produce and the meat department is always well stocked too. The entire staff is always super friendly and helpful.

Great store with great selection and excellent customer service.They have a great selection of fresh produce, and even a great selection of fresh flowers.Many interesting bakery and deli choices, as well as a nice wine area.You can park relatively close, and the checkout lines are short and fast.

Wish they would pay more attention to the bottle return machines. After using them all and the bins were full or the other ones wouldn't take the plastic bottles, rang for service and it took a long time for someone to come and find out what was wrong.

My family and I continue to shop at Family Fare out of a matter of convenience only, due to their close location to our home. Produce is often average, and their prices can be pretty steep for some of the most basic items. I have price compared my weekly shopping list between Family Fare and their major competitor in the area, and Family Fare is quite a bit more expensive. They are often out of things on my weekly shopping list as well. In all honesty, their saving grace is the relatively new Fast Lane service they offer. If you subscribe to the annual service when they are running a promotion, it is a real bargain. The checkout lines are almost always backed up and very slow inside the store, so being able to skip going into the store is a real blessing. They are frequently out of some items on my list, but they usually offer a decent substitute and have even given discounts on other things to make up for the shortage of stock. So as long as their Fast Lane service remains good, my family and I will likely keep paying the higher prices and continue to shop here. Like I said, it is a matter of convenience, and having Family Fare right around the corner is definitely convenient.

This is a really nice store. The first thing I noticed when I walked in is how clean it is. There is pride in the place and it shows. The selection for the size store it is is good too. There's even a Starbucks inside! Prices are on the high side, but I expected that. I've seen worse. The only time I really got annoyed was when I took cans back and their machines would not take several items back that I had bought there. Who has time to deal with that? It would had been 5 stars if it wasn't for a poorly updated can return system. Everything else is great.

This is my preferred Family Fare in the area as it is bigger, clean, and they have an AWESOME deli area. Produce is usually wonderful as well. The cashiers are always nice as well. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the parking lot can be a NIGHTMARE.

Went to the family fare gas station and left my phone in the restroom. Went back a few hours later and the cashier had it put away nice and safe. Very nice to see.

I love the convenience of this location, but the lines are always so long. If I stop by to grab something quick around 5pm I will have to wait in one of the self check out lanes for a good 15 minutes. Usually only one regular lane is open during high traffic times. The service is great and the employees are helpful, it's just a bummer to wait in line that long for a frozen pizza.

Came here to smash on some fried chicken. I bought the 10 piece fried chicken and went back to the workplace to eat them. What wasn’t hard to notice was there was 9 pieces instead of 10. Idk if I’m trippin but I’m pretty sure it said 10 instead if 9. I went back to file the complaint, and the old lady said “there is nothing we can do about it, we are not computers, we are humans, and humans make mistakes” since when was putting 10 pieces of chicken in a box such a hard task that people make mistakes in? If it was a black lady behind the register she probably would have given us three extra pieces.

I have always had friendly, helpful people at Family Fare. I go to the deli for lunch and the people are always knowledgeable about the products they are selling.
