Needed a new handle for a sliding glass door with an exterior lock. The staff guy sold me one that did NOT fit. I called to see if I could return it. It was in a shrink wrapped package and could NOT be opened without damaging the package. They do NOT accept returns with damaged or open packaging. They do NOT give Ace Rewards either. $25+ tax down the drain. But, they were nice about it.

So, when you choose to shop at a small local establishment, you expect to pay a bit more then big box but get a hometown feel and great customer service. That is not this business. Instead, you pay more for interior products and deal with rude employees and careless management. I would only suggest shopping here if you're in a dire emergency.

Nice hardware store. More selection than most hardware stores not in the same building with 3 other businesses. Hardware is open same hours as grocery store. Employees for this Ace hardware are not there after 5-6pm.

Called about a pulley...i rattled off what i needed and instead of him going to look i got a rather rude "youll just have to come up and look". I had high hopes since ace replaced do it best...but its just as much of a joke as do it best was. I miss speilmans.

Do some shopping, get your hardware stuff, they even have a pharmacy. One stop shop!

The website says it's open till 8 they close at 6 they should keep hours open updated online I will take my business farther away but at least they have their actual hours online it's 2022 getbit together....

Called to have a gallon of paint mixed, we ASKED if someone would be there to mix it up, they said YES until 6, so we drive up at 5 and the girl said sorry no one hear knows how to mix paint.😠😡😠😡
