I went into buy a new phone and the employee was a young man and this was his first commission and since the phones are in my husband's name I had to have him come up there the next day with me. Thanks Verizon dumb rule but whatever. Anyway he was having a hard time due to something and the other guy with more experience who I guess comes from different stores to help out was absolutely no help to this young man. He was more interested in any young woman that happened to come around. Did not explain anything to him did not help him in any way. By the time we left I had a new account and my husband ended up with my old phone number and I had a completely different one. What a mess. I called Verizon when I got home and they got it figured out and fixed and stated they had never seen anything like this before. I will never go back there again and I hope that young man finds a different place to work somewhere that he can actually learn something. He was so polite and I felt so bad for him.

I had a great experience getting a last minute Birthday cake yesterday. The staff was great and the bakery manager was there too helping me with my purchase. The cake decorator did a beautiful job customizing it for my sister Jennifer’s birthday and the cake was absolutely delicious. Thank you all again for the great service and cake.

Never stole anything but get registers shut down on me. Don't like being accused of stealing. Them they move things around every 5 minutes so you have to wander to find what you want. Have the best selection of movies in area. Only reason i go there anymore.

This review is specific to the bakery. I had picked out a cake in their book ( pink princess cake)but wanted to change up to go along with our Alice in ONEDerland theme. I spoke to the baker and she took notes and was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very sweet and kind and was excited to do it. Let me tell you she absolutely nailed it! The cake was absolutely beautiful and I was able to add on my little details that I had bought (pocket watch, key, card suits). It was perfect! Everyone was shocked that I had ordered it from Walmart. It was delicious and so beautiful. The smash cake was perfect as well. I will 100% be back for birthdays! Can’t thank her enough for her hard work and for making our day extra special.

I purchased the wrong sized TV for my parents, so I immediately went back. The door guy was so awesome. He said the return counter closed and will reopen at 8am, but to check with a "Coach" to see if maybe they can process the return. I asked around and found the "coach," who was yelling at her staff when I was checking out just earlier. She seemed to be having a bad day? I asked her if she could help me do a return and she said, "we don't do returns." I paused in disbelief and stared at her. Then she said, "come back at 8am if you want to return that (TV)." I said, "oh, ok. The guy at the door said you might be able to help me do a return because I accidentally got the wrong size TV" and she said, "he should not have told you that. We do not do returns!" I said to her, "he was just trying to help me out." Then she walked away.She was rude to the employees and then rude to me. She needs better training. I came out from Nevada to buy a TV for my mom for Christmas, who is very ill, and that "Coach" was unprofessional to the point that I felt bad for the employees, who looked very disengaged after she yelled at them, but also I do not want to go back there now.The guy at the front door apologized for her behavior and wished me a Merry Christmas. He would be the only reason I would return.

It's a great store with low prices but I wish they would have more cashier's. Self checkout aisles shift the labor to the customer and I really don't want to work for Walmart anyway.

This is the best Walmart I've ever been to! It is always neat and clean and was recently remodeled. I love how each department has a different feel that fits with what is being sold there. The people are friendly; the prices and selection are great. I highly recommend shopping here!

I love wally world. Sometimes the wife and I and the kiddos go just to hang out. The door greeters are always super inviting and polite. And it's nice that they don't check your receipt for every purchase only for the obvious.

I shop here at-least three to four times a week and when I was a teenager I worked here and it was never this bad. I am 25, with a great career, I would never shoplift. Every time I come with just one small thing or a cart full of groceries I alway get asked for my receipt and every time I handed it over as I see older or family's walk right out even if they don’t have anyone stopped. This time I had toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner and a couple candy canes, I was running behind for my day and didn’t want to deal with the hassle, so I walked right by and I was almost out the door and she said “if you don’t turn around I’m calling the police”. First of all, I didn’t steal anything, second of all lost prevention is the ones that deal with shop lifting. I felt like a criminal as six different people are staring, just for her to go through my receipt and let me go. I usually go for the entertainment but I’ll take my business to Meijer from now on.

Prices are way too high and if you don't want to work for free and then pay to do so, be prepared for a 30 mins -2 hr wait for a human.Also, they will not honor posted prices. So if a thing says, online that it's price x, and it rings up price y. They tell you tough tatas.

Haven’t been to Walmart in over a year. I must say, wow. The clothing and home department has improved majorly. Only downfall was customer service closes at 8, but your store closes at 10? 🤔.

To the heavy set door greeter lady, I'm not digging my receipt out for you everytime your here "working". If you're to lazy to pay attention to the check out lanes then I'm to lazy to give you my receipt. Every single time with this lady. What am I gonna bag up 24 packs of soda?? Yet I can go to Fowlerville and never get stopped by a soul. And she fails to greet 90% of people I see walk past her. So what's her purpose her other than pissing off customers?

This Walmart is very near me and I go here regularly, especially for my auto maintenance needs. This time it was a wiper to replace one that broke and 5W20 oil and a filter for an OLF on my F150. I have found that Walmart always has the best prices on auto supplies for the regular maintenance items.Also, their Great Value and is so less expensive than the name brands for the same exact ingredients

Cheryl in the bakery department copied a photo of a cake from Pinterest exactly how I wanted it!! It made my event so special and at such an affordable price. Walmart in Howell went above and beyond for me ☺️ thanks Cheryl!

Store is good but they need to do something about that heavy-set door greeter.I always try to treat workers with respect because I once worked with the general public and I can understand how rude some people are...which is why I was caught off guard when when this lady was rude to me.

This Walmart is in a convenient location but we often choose Meijer across the street since it’s newly remodeled and has a better selection of things we prefer.The store was pretty empty and 90% of people were wearing masks. Overall it’s a little run down and dirty. The staff was nice though.Here’s a pic of bourbon.

Busy as expected, looks like they painted and remodeled since I been there last.Friendly Staff, and check out was actually quick.Only disappointment was there were not very many baby/ infant boy clothes. (Lotssss of baby girl items) Or infant toys in general- I could have missed this but looked very hard.
