Town Center Veterinary was AMAZING! We had to transfer our dog to a new vet as we have moved and I was very impressed on how easy it was to schedule a new dog appt. on the website. We were able to get right in the next day. I would 100% recommend Town Center for anyone looking for a new vet or even to transfer to a vet that truly cares and is quick to respond!

While my dog is never too happy to go to the vet instead of the dog park, I love this place! The technicians are so friendly, (we had Morgan last time), and the docs are great, too. They explain everything and are so good with my pup. The office is also very clean. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

When My puppy Milo and I walked into the establishment, we were both greeted. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We came here for a second opinion and we prefer Town Center over the current vet we have been going to. Emily took great care of Milo. He is only 5 months old and is very hyper. We will be coming back to Town Center. Thank you for taking the time to do a full exam and explaining all my options for the future.

We've brought our crazy pup since 2020 when we moved to town, and we've always had a wonderful experience! Our guy is super vocal, which makes me super anxious, and they just love on him. They never make me feel bad about how loud he is, which I've had at other vets. We've since moved 30 minutes away and still make the drive.

The staff and doctors are all very nice. I love that the doctor spends the time with you and explains in detail the issues or even has options for you so you can make an informed decision for my pet. I always leave feeling like I have been fully informed, and no questions are left unanswered.

First vet I’ve been to where my dog doesn’t shake uncontrollably. Staff is super personable and very upfront. Vaccines were administered so fast my dog and I both didn’t know it happened. Highly recommend

We took our new 11 week old Corgi puppy for her first checkup and second round of shots. The staff were amazing, the tech and doctor were both so good with our puppy.We look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended.

We brought Rocky in to be evaluated for a possible foreign body obstruction. He ended up needing surgery to remove an object. The staff was absolutely amazing!!! Their kindness and compassion put me at ease. Rocky received exceptional care during his stay!

Highly recommend Town Center Vet for all your pet's needs. They are equipped with very knowledgeable, attentive staff who care about our pets. We had an appointment at 6pm with our new litter of pups. When we walked in, we were greeted and helped right away--no wait time. The pricing was very reasonable. It is so nice to have a local vet that understands people/ animals, and is easy on the budget.

Just took my dog into Town Center Vet. Associates today for my dogs ears and eyes. Dr. Emily And Taylor took their time with examining him and making sure he was comfortable and not afraid. He is a very active big dog and they handled him gently and kindly. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much we have some answers finally.

I had a wonderful experience here! I came in for an exam as my kitten broke half of her tooth off. Everyone (front desk receptionists, vet techs, doctor) was so nice and understanding and helped keep me calm! It was so welcoming and they did a great job explaining what was going on with her. I took her back to Town Center to get her tooth extracted very promptly after my first appointment, and I was very impressed they were able to get her in on such short notice. They did a great job with her and it wasn't too expensive either compared to other places I had looked at. Nothing bad to say!:) Strongly recommend!

Our current vets office was closed so we contacted Town Center about our dog hacking up white foam. Dr Wortz and Katherine were wonderful. They were great with our dog and made us feel comfortable. They were very friendly and professional and took the time to explain what could be causing the situation with our dog. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a veterinarian.

We have been clients of Dr. Pozniak since 1997 and have only the very best things to say about her and the staff. Our dog is always excited to visit them because of the great treatment she receives. Unfortunately, Dr. Pozniak is retiring and we will all miss her dearly. She was truly "one in a million" and anyone who tries to fill her shoes will be faced with a Herculean challenge. Thank you, Dr. Pozniak, for the many great years of care you provided our pets.

Absolutely 5 star service. The entire staff was awesome. The follow up was fantastic. I want to mention my dog is a HUGE pitty and the staff treated him like a fluffy 10 pound dog. That was really nice to see. Like many, switching to a new vet can bring a lot of anxiety however I highly recommend them. They will now be my go-to place!

I'm originally from Swartz Creek and moved to Howell about five or six years ago. I only got Newt maybe two years ago but I had called them ahead of time to let them know I was bringing home a new kitten and he would need a checkup. Already they were very nice and extremely accommodating on the phone. The day that I came in with Newt, I knew that this would be my new Veterinarian. They have been ever since!The Techs are EXTREMELY caring when it comes to the animals and even though Newt is a busy cat they are always so patient with him. With how much they praise and remember him they always make me feel like Newt is a little rock star.The Doctor is WONDERFUL! She's knowledgeable, professional, and extremely kind. My other kitten Ozzy unfortunately had a heart murmur. She took the time to tell me what that meant, how it could possibly affect him, and what my options were. She was even able to recommend a cat cardiologist off the top of her head. It could have been a stressful process for me but she was reassuring and her solution-based attitude helped put my mind at ease.I would HIGHLY recommend this Vet for all your furry friends.

I'm so glad they have a doctor that sees ferrets now. It's been remotely impossible to find one local that does. Gator had a little infection and thanks to Town Center Veterinarian, he's back to his old self!Definitely recommend! I also bring my cats here. I wouldn't trust my animals with anyone else.

After moving to Howell in 2016 I started taking my dog Ava to Town Center Vet. They are up front about pricing and accept Care Credit. After already dealing with SARDS and blindness for a year, Ava developed more problems that she did not recover from. I will always remember and appreciate how caring and supportive everyone was. They provided a ceramic cast of Ava’s paw print and a sympathy card signed by everyone there. It means a lot to me. Thank you all!

Had to unfortunately take my cat there early one morning, with the unknown fear of what was wrong with her. They were able to get me in asap which I appreciated greatly. Ended up having to put my cat down - and although it wasn't an easy decision. All the employees there were incredibly compassionate, patient, and thoughtful. Giving us plenty of time to make decisions. I'm sure it wasn't easy for them to keep their composure having to start their day with putting a pet to sleep. But they remained professional the whole time and just were so kind it's really hard for me to put into words. Easily one of the best Veterinarians around and well worth everything they do for your pets.

The staff here is great and they were able to help me bring my geriatric cat back to good health. I was afraid I was going to lose her, but they diagnosed the problem and designed a treatment plan that worked. Billing was accurate and easy to pay. The process of being seen was easy and comfortable.
