I like being greeted and acknowledge when I come in the door,the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. My dog always gets attention from the cashier and I like the way the cashier politely asks me if my dog can have a treat (my 1 dog has a sensitive stomach to anything new or different) so that means they genuinely care. What a nice place to shop.

We came here after our other groomer left and the company couldn’t service our dog anymore. I was skeptical at first coming here, but it’s been excellent!We have an old yorkiepoo who is very afraid of grooming. With Amy’s guidance on CBD treats and regular visits our dog has gotten a lot better with grooming! He’s super nervous and scared, and usually is one to bite at a groomer because he had been hurt by his initial groomers years ago.Amy was very understanding of my concerns and has been working with me to make him comfortable especially with his feet and nails. I’ve seen more improvement here w my dog than at any other local grooming facility. They have tons of options, are priced similar to all the other groomers, but you also get points and freebies with petsmart which is awesome!You do need to bring separate cash for the groomers to tip or buy them a petsmart gift card but it’s totally worth it. Amy always does an amazing job and I can confidently tip her over 20% before the grooming process because I know she will give excellent results!I love how the groomer will greet us at the entrance and my dog is getting excited to see Amy now, when he was a timid boy before!If you see the negative reviews with dogs being “over shaved”, a lot of those owners don’t brush (or groom) their dogs as often as they should, which results in matting!! Having a long haired dog requires constant maintenance!! A lot of dog owners are uneducated and untrained, every dog has its specifics the owner should know ahead of time. Previously I had Dobermans which were totally different for grooming procedures. Having a yorkiepoo, I know my dog needs brushing often and a grooming every 6 weeks to keep his face and butt clean.Give this place a shot you will not be disappointed! I love using their app it makes appointments hassle free and I don’t even have to make any phone calls!!A+++

They always have super helpful people here. And I appreciate that very much I guess what I feel really bad about is watching a recent documentary on all the birds smuggling and wonder what the sources are and where they get their birds it's a pretty sad thing what some of these birds go to to be sold in our country... I wish there was more information on the website that talks about where they get the pets that they have in the store that they sell... As far as the service I will say it's always amazing

Ashley one of the long-time groomers there is absolutely fantastic. My small chihuahua/jack Russell mix is afraid of other dogs and people so she is not a good dog with grooming. Ashely’s confidence really puts me and my dog at ease when I go there for nail trims and my dog tolerates nail trims a lot better. Ashley was also at the end of her shift when I walked in and stayed just because I said my dog’s favorite groomer is there and I was happy about that. I didnt know this until I left and I saw her walk to her car right after she was done with my dog. Then I connected the dots she was on her way out when I walked in. She didnt even mention to me she was leaving. Just started processing my dog’s grooming. Amazing job and I hope she gets to manage the place on day (but hopefully will still cut my dog’s nails lol!)

My dog was sprayed by a skunk and Amy one of the groomers was able to take care of her if I could get her in by a certain time. Got her (my over 100lb German Shepherd) and she smells like it never happened. Thank you Amy

Petsmart in Howell Michigan had been amazing. Specifically my daughter and I really want to highlight Kayla! She is the sweetest, cutest and most kind girl! My daughter looks so forward to going there if Kayla is working. We now have a happy aquarium that we enjoy so much because of her. The place was huge There were actually more employees than customers when I was there, but I couldn't get anyone to help me? I wound up ordering the pet heater pad from Amazon in the parking lot? I keep trying to give my business locally? I hate that I have to order things, I should be able to simply purchase from a store like this?

Was told I need 20 gallons for a goldfish and 10 extra gallons per goldfish added. I wasn't sold a goldfish because of this. The fish were maybe 100 fish per 10 gal tank. So I went to pet supplies plus for a goldfish for my son. What if I just wanted the fish to feed my turtle? This store sucks.

Bianca is great! Everyone at the store was so nice to the dogs and us. Perfect! Highly recommend!****Update - This place went downhill. We will never bring our dogs here again. Our dogs are chow/shepherds with long double coats. Claudia gouged Hans's fur and didn't clip his nails (even though we were charged for it). We were just not going to ever go back, but ended up there for milk replacer for 5 week old kittens. Ask to speak to manager - not there, left message to call us, 9 days later went back - Ashley the manager spoke to us but really didn't care. We were not looking for a refund, but wanted to let her know why we are leaving this poor review. We now have enough food for the kittens, will never set foot in this store again.

Absolute worst haircut in my 20 years of owning a poodle. They shaved both dogs to the skin including tails and ears. They tried to tell me it was because the dogs were matted which was absolutely not the case. More likely the groomer did not know what she was doing although she acted as if she did. My regular groomer landed up unavailable and I should have been skeptical that I could get in with such short notice. I cannot believe I actually paid for it. Also nails were left extremely long. Shameful. Pictures below are before and after one week apart

I take my dog to get his nails trimmed here and use their self-serve dog wash. The groomers are always so nice and my dog loves them. The dog wash area is usually pretty clean and I haven't had any issues.

There is good deals. If you look around there, some of the prices are a little bit high, but some of the clearance prices they have in the back is great deals.

I brought my blue nose pitbull puppy (About 10 months) and was worried they would not welcome her little unmannered butt, but they were so sweet and my little girl was SO happy!! Added a video of her when she was real PUP :) Cause she's cuteSide note: I also did a return I purchased from a brighton store and had no problems!Just a great store

Claudia did an amazing job with my nervous corgis nails! She is very gentle and patient which put my dog at ease, while efficient and able to quickly get it done. (I’ve had others clip her nails and they would pull at her legs if she wiggles).I will be returning as long as she works there for routine clippings. I can’t say enough about her calm manner.

I made a curb side pickup order and it wasn’t ready by the time I was passing PetSmart (I had put the order in just before my arrival). Amber was so kind and understanding when I explained I didn’t get the email stating my order was ready. She said it was not a big deal at all and said she would have my order out as soon as possible. She was so sweet and had phenomenal customer service. It made my errand after work on a Monday painless! Thank you Amber!

Absolutely terrible customer service. When scheduling an appointment for my dogs first grooming I left a very specific message to call if there was a problem when the appointment. Arrived for my pets appointment… “we don’t get notes that come through like that and unfortunately we cannot see him” then she starts reading aloud the note I left. I wasted so much time traveling to and from for nothing, when they could have simply done their job, read the note and reached out to me before I dragged my whole family into town. No apologies were given either.

Brought my dog here twice, my dog has left both times not smelling thoroughly bathed. Services are always incomplete. My dog is shaking? They need to hire experienced groomers inclusive to all breeds.
