This is THE BEST PLACE TO GO! I ONLY go here for my supplies, as they go above and beyond. They're always extremely kind and professional. I absolutely love it here, and go here all of the time. I've never once had any issues here, not even small! They're literally perfect and I'll never go anywhere else for my pet supplies and fish/ fish needs! Thankyou Pet Supplies plus. I absolutely LOVE all my beautiful new Cichlid fish. Many options, and even more rare ones. The set up of the store is perfect and easy to find everything. They always ask if you need anything, kindly greet you when you arrive. This is the place to go! I'd give it more stars if I could!

I am so pleased with this place. I came here to get some food for my dog and brought my two toddlers. They really enjoyed looking at all the different animals/reptiles in the shop, so much so we were here for at least 30mins lol. The staff didn’t mind at all. Once we finally left, one of the guys working was nice enough to help load my car!! A mama will take the help whenever and wherever we can. Clean place and a friendly staff. We’ll be back 😊😊

Kyle is always so helpful and when the location changes products or can't get a loved item, he always makes sure to talk me and my grand dog through what will be the closest item or product to the old item. It is amazing how even our pet's get so comfortable with the same thing and don't like to change. Kyle helps us through the changes. He is so sweet and kind to all!! A true gem! Don't let him go.! Rees, so appreciates the extra level of service and is a happy dog to prove it.

The manager that works on Sunday is awful and super rude. She’s rude to both customers and her employees. She doesn’t seem to be a pet lover either. I’ve been here on a few Sundays and every time I come in she’s always yelling at other employees and her interactions with other costumers make me question how she even got her position.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. They carry my frozen saltwater cubed food and have a food selection. They have a wide variety of kibble, snacks and foods for cats and dogs. They also have supplies for all types of pets. They have a few cats from a rescue shelter up for adoption. They have an onsite groomer that I have not yet tried.

This is my absolute favorite to shop!!They give back to local community.Ann Maria helps to find homes for pets,is just a nice store to support!! Oh and I love all their mark downs, always fun to find the cheapest <3 <3 Anne-Marie showed me a new kind of cat food. It's called Mittens pickins My cat go crazy over this and it's only 50 cents a canned It's better than friskies...

I appreciate the selection and service at the Howell store. The staff is friendly and always willing to answer questions and carry large items out to my car. I have been shopping at the Howell store for many years and it is the staff and selection of items that keeps me coming back.

All of the employees working yesterday 7/16 around 12:30 were so helpful and absolutely amazing!!We were traveling with a puppy that got car sick. They pointed me in the right direction for cleaning supplies and helped me get a cage down. They provided me with paper towels and bags for the clean up. Amazing customer service they made our day so much easier (:

I have a 12 year old cat who is the pickiest little cat I have ever had. I found several varieties of food in the brand that I have been using that other stores don't have. I purchased six types to try and she has gobbled them up. I will be going back to purchased more for her. The variety they stock of several brands both wet and dry is very good.

I remember the original owner of Howell location giving me an attitude, because I asked for the cat free giveaway, at the grand opening. I did so right after the lady in front of me asked for the free dog giveaway. He assumed we were together and made a comment, like, "oh sure,take two"... don't know if he still owns it, & I don't recall seeing him there much either.I do recall how many high school kids I know that worked there. I do recall getting what we need there. 4 dogs now, and many have past since then. Shop there all the time. Bygones.

So I want to start off by saying the staff is friendly. My issue is the fish tanks and Health of their fish.We wanted to buy a plecko to add to our tank.Now I'm kicking myself. The tanks were filthy, and there were tons of dead fish in multiple tanks. In hindsight, I never should have bought the fish there.We went with a young plecko. he was small and fast. So I hoped that meant healthy. There were 4 dead pleckos in the same tank, but I didn't think enough about what that might mean.Well sadly that one plecko wiped out my entire tank. We had a beautiful black orchid betta, and two guppies. Cookie monster, Bert and ernie. I am slightly devastated, as I was attached to them. And they were healthy before we added the plecko, and all dead within a week. Both cookie and ernie died today.Now I'm trying to figure out how to sanitize our tank to avoid killing any new fish we get in the future.Again the staff are super nice, but after killing our 20 dollar betta, our two guppies, and spending about 100 dollars in medical supplies to try to save the fish.. all because we introduced a sick plecko to our tank, I suggest they review the health of their fish before selling them.Edit: I wanted to thank Kyle the owner for reaching out and addressing my concerns. As I mentioned the team here is Wonderful and my largest concern was over the health of the fish. Thank you for taking it so seriously and looking out for your animals and your customers. I'm sure my family and I will see you soon.

I like this store and their selection, I would just like them to turn off their open sign when they aren't open. They leave it on all the time so I'm always fooled into thinking they're open. Also longer hours on Sunday would be nice.

love this store. the managers and staff are always so friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. sometimes the Brighton store has items that are out of stock here, but I just wait until it's in stock in Howell because it's so much more pleasant shopping here.

Everyone in this store is so friendly and helpful. They always offer to carry out my heavy bags of dog food for me or ask if I need help loading my car. Their customer service is always above and beyond. I still come back regularly even after moving 20 mins away. Great prices too!
