This krogers is the worst. Bottle machines are always broken and never work correctly. Never any open registers. The only registers that are open are self service which never work correctly either.

Every time I go they are closed 15 minutes before it says online, doors locked, on holidays they close 30 minutes before posted, you already close earlier than every other store, you're supposed to be the best, ha

I came here for the first time after my doc appointment. I had bought more then 30 items but had to checked out yourself. It is okay but sometimes you need the cashier as vegetables and more and kind of irrating as you had to wait for the cashier evertime there is an error.Few items for checkout items are ok

Will not go back! Dirty store, the gentleman who is behind deli has yelled at me almost every time I get lunch meat. They are understaffed, but his customer service skills are so bad, I will go out of my way to not go there again. Even the checkout gal was rude and short with me. My friend has also said he won’t go in there anymore. A bunch of hostile workers who feel put out to wait on you! This is worst Kroger I have ever been to.

Absolutely horrible store, old, ugly, outdated and they have absolutely NO macaroni salad at the deli, how could you not have macaroni salad in the middle of summer? That should be available at all times of everyday. Brighton never has an issue? So why does this store have such issues with their inventory? Bought a container of guac and it’s so foul and bad, I will never shop here again.

Only writing a review because of how amazing the sushi department workers are me and my mom love the Philly roll but awhile ago they stopped making it in white rice. My mom asked them to make a special Philly roll but with white rice and the next day we come in and they have the Philly rolls with white rice out. I found that so kind and sweet so thank you to the workers who did that!

The bottle room makes Walmarts bottle room, look pristine! Disgusting mess, 4 of the machines were beeping for attention. After I did my shopping, the same people were still waiting. I always thought Kroger was the best. Now, I’ll just go to Meijer.

I come here all the time because i like that it is less busy than the other stores in the area but after today i seen why it has gone down hill. I had an extremely bad experience with someone named “nekole” at checkout. She slammed around all of the items as she scanned them smushing all of my produce and very rude/ raised her tone at me because i was unsure how to scan my kroger card on their special scanner and told me that “they have been around forever how do i not know how to use this”. In the past i have had not had to even use that device and when working in customer service there is a way to talk to people. She was also rude to the customer in front of me and to the sweet young man that was helping bag my groceries. Nekole is a poor representation of kroger and i will now prefer to wait in longer lines elsewhere in the area after this poor experience with nekole. Hopefully they can get some better staff or like me i am sure people will start to shop elsewhere to avoid such a hostile environment.

When I went shopping yesterday, I purposely went to the customer service desk to have help with the digital coupon for 2X fuel points. I waited at the desk for at least 4 minutes while two workers were standing at the self checkout registers talking away and not paying any attention to a customer that needed help! After the second employee that was at the employee only area pointed out that those two ladies talking could help me. I went over to ask them and they said, "oh no, customer service is closed nobody can help you." When I stated that I needed help with the digital coupon and show them my phone and was trying to tell them I wanted to take care of it before getting to the register and holding up other customers in line. They told me it would be fine that the cashier could help me. I went shopping and when I got to the cashier, he did try to help, however it was holding up the line and whatever he did that thought was correct. Did not work and I did not get my 2X fuel points! The store has continued to lower its standards in customer service year after year! I really wish they would pay attention and have customer service for the customers that are in their store shopping more than they do having their workers shop for people that aren't even in their store!!!!

I struggle with a lot of health issues, so I like to go at night to avoid the people. As soon as I was headed for the self checkout, a lady came and tried closing it on me and asked if I would go to a register. I explained from a distance that I didn’t really feel comfortable because of my health issues as no one in the store was wearing a mask. She said that was fine and actually hovered over me as I tried to check out. It was extremely uncomfortable and completely defeated the purpose of trying to distance. I hope people can take a better look at who they are hiring now a days

I shop here every week. The staff is super nice and friendly. The pharmacy is great too. They make prescriptions so convenient with the drive through. The store is clean. My only complaint is that the meat department often out of things, sometimes advertised sale stuff too.

do NOT EVER place a grocery pickup order here. every time we have created an order, there are either items missing, expired items, items not fulfilled that they claim to be “not in stock” when they’re just too lazy to look for them, or they will completely canceled the order on me with no rhyme or reason. when i call to resolve the order the employees are unapologetic and act like it happens every day, because i’m sure it does!!!! absolutely ridiculous, never recommending this store or shopping here ever again. it’s pathetic.

This is not a review of the store itself. This only pertains to the online ordering, at the Howell branch. When you order online, they will respond with a time that the order will be ready to pick up. The store gives you a specific time, e.g. 3-4pm.Last week we had to wait a half hour.This week we ordered this morning at 8am.We were sent a confirmation email mail stating it will ready for pick between 3-4pm today.I showed up at 3:05pm. When I called the pickup number they said they hadn’t started it yet. They were behind all morning. This seems like a lot of bull to me. My wife received a text message at 2:31 reminding us to pick up our groceries.I would not recommend this service from this particular Kroger’s. We will try Brighton and see how it goes.

Not the most clean or organized Kroger. Definitely room for improvement. I understand the labor shortage but changing your open times by three hours is a huge change. I also don't understand why you would have "holiday hours" and be open for less time. I work retail for a different company and when we are in "holiday hours" we open open later, not closing early.

Don't use the click list. I was in the parking lot 10 mins before my pick up time, so I did the online check in. At 8 mins before my pick up time, they called and told me there was no way they were going to get to my order, and that I would have to pick it up the next day. Then they were rude when I said to cancel the order.*This isnt the first time I've had this problem. The last time I had to wait an hour, and didn't even get my whole order.
