Had a bad experience at a Petco groomer some years ago and was recommended Glenda… I’ve never looked back! She has such a strong heart for the dogs, and will treat them as if they’re her own 😊. My dog has a bad hip and I’ve always said that if she needs to sit, then that’s fine and I don’t care about the groom itself, but Glenda has offered to make her the first client of the day so she doesn’t have to spend so long on the table, and even if that’s not doable with our schedules, Sophie always comes out looking like a million bucks! I never have to drag her inside like I had to drag her to Petco, which tells me she’s treating these dogs with all the love in the world! 10/10!

Autumn is incredible with our standard poodle puppy. He comes home consistently stunning and smelling wonderful. She's patient and kind and very clearly loves what she does! We will continue with her as long as she'll have us!

I have a dog who is terrified of nail clippers and I give 5 stars to anyone who can get her nails clipped.I am new to area so I was nervous finding a new place but am glad I found them!Update 2022:Started taking one of my smaller dogs here for grooming. He has crazy hair and his cut was great. He was happy as well 😁 pics are before and after.

I have been taking Oscar my 13 year old long haired Dachshund to Glenda's for 5 years.Dawn is always so patient and gentle with him , even though I know he is a total pain in the butt to groom he always is so fresh and looks great when he gets homeI would absolutely recommend this place to anyone !

Made my older cat bleed and said nothing about it…honestly his haircut was terrible. They said he was really good yet they didn’t do his paws and only did half of his tail? We drove an hour and 40 minutes to this place and it was not worth it

I had to switch groomers. Every other place I called wasn't accepting new clients. I called Glendas and they got him in within 2 weeks. I was very happy with the job they did and my dog like them.

Got there at 8:50 to drop my dog off for her haircut appointment at 9. The person cutting my dogs hair was not there yet so another employee took my dog asked what needed to be done, told them everything 1/2 inch. When it came time to pick my dog up she still had all of her tail hair and facial hair. Asked them to do that and they did her tail real quick. When I got home realized they didn't cut all the hair around my dogs private area's they didn't even touch the inside of my dogs ears and her whole head was trimmed but not down to the half inch like I asked and when you take a dog in for grooming isn't customary to do the nails they did not touch them. For $75 dollars I would never recommend this place!

This is a excellent place to take your dog! My mom has been taking her dog here for years. I just started taking my dog here when I broke my wrist. My dog loves coming here, I think she feels like it’s her spa time. She always smells so good.... and so happy and excited when she leaves all clean. These ladies are awesome!!❤️🐕❤️

My dog always seems happy to have been there so I am confident they treat her well. The shop does a nice job with the grooming and trimming. Maggie always smells good when we leave and whatever they use on her does not cause any itching or other kind of reaction. The cost is reasonable

Glenda and the staff are great! My rescue dog, Missy, was abused before I got her and I needed someone with experience. My vet recommended Glenda. Glenda is great with Missy and can get closer to her than anyone else. I've been a happy client for 9yrs.

They do a great job! They have been grooming my 2 dogs for about a year. I love the fact that they are only there for 2 hours...and look fantastic! Summer is golden retriever that gets shaved and is a senior that can’t spend all day at the spa anymore! Violet is a yorkie and always looks adorable!

I have been taking my two yorkies there for years. Always nicely done.Except the last time we went right before Thanksgiving, they came home with the worst cuts ever. Both had uneven hair on legs and feet. Looked barely touch. They must of been in a hurry to get out we paid $45 each plus tip for something I could of done better at home.Very disappointed.

I have 2 schnauzers, a mini and a giant, they are my babies and I would not trust them with anyone else except Glenda and her amazing staff!!! My boys are always well groomed, taken good care of, and look perfect!!! My mini is my "old man", he has a very sensitive back due to his age, they always handle him with care and love :) The skills and experience at this salon definitely show in the results I see when I pick up my boys!! I highly recommend Glenda's Grooming and will continue to be a loyal customer!!

I keep coming back to Glenda's because they do a wonderful job on my fat cat's lion cut. :) They love him even when he acts snooty. I really appreciate their late hours; very convenient for me and they fit me into appointments almost immediately. Can't be beat.

The best groomer around in my opinion. They do a fantastic job. My dogs look great, smell great after a visit here. They don't take all day like some groomers. Reasonable prices. Excellent service and they really are experts at what they do.

I have been using Glenda's grooming for years. After visiting most of the other grooming places in the area. I found their experience and knowledge a welcome change. Prices are very reasonable and they are good about getting my dog back to me without taking all day.

Can usually get you in very reasonably quick, do a great job! When I went they were just finishing grooming some animal shelter or humane society dogs which made me love them even more. I know they got paid for it but that's awesome. And they always make my little "white maniacs" look like beautiful well behaved poodles! Haha and very good pricing matches all surrounding groomers.

I take my dog to get her nails trimmed there. They always take her back right away and clip her for me. They have cut to far at times. But, they always tell me and apply the powder to stop the bleeding. The place could do with a good cleaning and I can't speak to their other grooming services.

My pitbull is almost 2 and we have been struggling to clip his nails at home since we got him. Glenda's clipped his nails in less than 5 minutes. For a more than reasonable price, with no appointment needed.

Very very unhappy. My wife brought our mini golden doodle in today and when she got home both of my dogs ears were bleeding. I understand needing to get close to cut but having both ears bleeding because they got to close is unacceptable. I will be calling tomorrow because that’s is just poor quality and bad business. My dog got skunked this morning. I called our normal groomer and they couldn't squeeze us in. I called a bunch of other groomers, and they wouldnt accommodate. Finally I called glenda's. They were able to get us in quickly and did an amazing job! Definitely switching over to them for our normal grooming service!! Thank you!!

Brand new to Howell and have a 12 week old puppy. I emailed her last night and she replied this morning around 7:30. Took my puppy Dakota in this morning and within 1 minute she was done with him. Dakota was great, loving the attention, and Glenda & her staff were extremely polite and fast. Plus, $5 for nail trims plus a $5 tip, can't beat it. No more Petsmart for this owner!
