Came in to buy a Rhino Boot Scraper, I had bought one last year from them but this year they moved them, Only 3 people working in the store, 1 young boy and 2 young girls, I asked the boy first and He did not know what a boot scraper was, I asked the younger girl and she said they don't sell them, I went to the other girl running the cash register and she took me right to it. The helpers on the floor need to spend time knowing the products so that cash out is not disrupted for other customers

Love this store. My go to for almost anything to do with outdoor work, lawn mower/tractor, chickens, yard tools and supplies and the like. Good selection for just about anything I need and fair prices, usually cheaper then Tractor Supply

Good place with lots of good stuff, but I could not get the farm items I needed. Very short of stock in the replacement teeth I needed for my hay rake. These are basic and commonly needed. Price on what they had was quite high. Like the store otherwise. Lot of good things here.

Never anyone around that’s knowledgeable, zero customer service. Witnessed a young male employee rudely respond to an elderly woman when she needed help as if she was an inconvenience. I reported the lack of help & unkindness to the young lady working front register & Once again another rude employee snarked and said she was one of the managers. I left & did not purchase my usual $150 horse & chicken products. I won’t return.

I was looking all over for a new zero turn mower. Jessie was super helpful with my new purchase of a zero turn and new trailer. I had tried five different stores by that time and passed. This store pulled me in. Great help, great value, great store

We were in the store this weekend.There was THEE NICEST gentlemen who was working VERY HARD putting the new dreamcatcher love seats and patio stuff together. I mean this guy must have been super tired after work.It is SO RARE you find someone with SUCH WORK ETHIC that after we decided to invest in one he took the time to tell my hubby about putting it together and some tricky things about it. Oh my goodness was that ever so nice.Cannot tell you how MUCH we appreciated him and the young gal working that day with him that sold us on it ...So love the service and the people at this store..ALWAYS ALWAYS SO NICE!!!!

Family Farm and Home of Howell Michigan, was a very nice store, they have a lot of items to choose from 🙂 I went in for Dog food because they have a brand that our dogs will only eat 😂 so I guess the dogs approve to lol. And all the employees asked me if I needed anything or to help find very polite. I recommend this store.

I went there just because I was with my son and he and his family went there! But I bought a small craft table for 19.99, and I just love it! The cashier greeted us as we came in, very welcoming, very helpful! This is a very nice store!

The store was clean and organized. I found what I was looking for quickly and the price was right. One associate talked to me for 20 minutes about zero turn mowers and I never felt like he thought he was wasting his time.

On two separate occasions I went here looking for a tractor part that other farm stores were out of. Both times they had the part and it was cheaper than Tractor Supply.One visit I had, the prices rang up different than what was on the shelf. I pointed this out to the manager. After he verified that was true, they gave me the lower prices.This store is my favorite place for farm supplies.

Recently went to buy a Lawn tractor on a promotional 0% financing and the store did not have one available. The manager Bob immediately took care of me and made sure I could get the one I wanted within the promotional period by calling other stores. He had one brought in from another store right away and kept in great communication throughout the entire process. Great customer service and will definitely be a regular here!

First time in this store. Lots of great prices. Very cool store. It's has alot of certain things however it's has a little bit of everything. If that helps any. But the wife and I went in for needless to say (1) item and walked out spending a $100+ dollars on other things not needed but couldn't leave behind. Thanks for being a cool place. If Yu see one stop in.
