If you are looking for a professional but affordable bakery that will custom design a beautiful and delicious cake for your loved ones, this is the place to go! I wanted to order a birthday cake for my 6 year old daughter but wasnt sure how it should look. I only gave some ideas based on the things my daughter likes and then left it for them to design. When we saw and tasted the cake, we knew we made the right decision. All the parents at her birthday party said it looked and tasted delicious!

Called to see if they sold brownies, was told they had 5 or 6 different flavors (could be more). Dropped in to take a look and left with 3 flavors along with some truffles and a few peanut butter cookies.Everything was so good. The peanut butter brownie was my favorite of the 3. They are large and filling, but not too rich that you can't eat more than a bite.There were many other yummy treats so I can't wait to come back and try more.The young women working were so nice with helping me choose what to get. It's hard with so many choices!

Oh sweet goodness this bakery is divine. There are many wonderful treats, chocolates, as well as macarons! They also make bubble tea with popping boba! 10/10 will be a lifetime customer.

What a delightful find❤️Come hungry for a sweet treat because this place will not disappoint. From ice cream to chocolates to fine end delicacies… This place had it all. Staff was SO very sweet and kind. Perfect cherry on the top during our visit to Howell ❤️

In my opinion this is the Best Bakery in Howell! They have delicious sweet treats with great customer service. We order cakes from the regularly and they have great pricing and do an exceptional job decorating the cakes! Highly recommend them!

This is our favorite place in town to get a treat - their brownies are massive, cupcakes have great flavors, and the cannolis are perfection. I give 4/5 because the various drinks I’ve tried have not been great, so personally I’d go somewhere else if you’re looking for coffee or bubble tea; similarly there have been a few times I’ve gone in where some of the treats I got tasted not fresh. Staff is always friendly and ready to give suggestions.

I should have written this review awhile ago.. I ordered a cake for my sons first birthday (Aug 2021). Asked for a personal smash cake.. paid nearly $50 and got this…I’m sorry but nothing like I asked for and certainly not worth $50.

It looks like a 10 year old wrote and decorated this cake. It even looks like someone ran their fingers on it. She claims these are “waves” but this only looks like horrible quality work to me and possibly her trying to fix mistakes. The words are bleeding and look awful. On top of that, the owner was rude when asked why it wasn’t done as asked. We had even sent example pictures and showed her proof of the email exchange that she claims to not remember. For what we paid, I would expect a nicer cake than this. I will not spend another cent at this place and if you want a nice, professional looking cake, I suggest you go elsewhere.

Do not go here for any kind of special orders. I ordered a pull apart cupcake "cake" in the shape of a "7" with neon/bright colors. They even asked for a pic and confirmed they could do it.... Charged me 65$ and I go pick it up and got 2 dozen overpriced cupcakes. Watch out, they will agree to your order but have no intention of completing it.Edited to add: the cupcakes weren't even that good. The frosting was hard and fell/slid off the cupcakes. Go to Costco or Meijer where they'll at least try to fill your order and the cake you get will actually be good. I even had kids taking off the frosting on one whole chunk to just throw it in the garbage.

I was searching for bakery's with homemade desserts. I came across this place and I looked at photos from customers and it looked like they had a lot of cupcakes, brownies and other goodies. When I went in there were a lot of truffles that are a $1.15 each. They had a lot of Oreo dipped in fudge cookies for a couple bucks each and no cupcakes no brownies they had some big peanut butter cookies for $2.50 each. I got truffles and a cookie and wasn't impressed at all. Its a cute store but not worth the trip. I'll have stick with vgs bakery stuff until I can find a decent bakery in town.

I picked up a couple of deserts for our Easter Dinner when I was in Howell on Friday.TiraMisu and a Brownie…. Absolute perfection!There was so much to choose from, it was hard to decide… but I’m guessing that everything in the case would be every bit as good as what we had.I will definitely be back to do some more exploring.

I would argue heavily against using them for anything besides cupcakes that you can buy at Meijer.They are unable to read the most basic instructions on design requirements and will just simply say yes to anything and deliver something completely different.Of course they require upfront payment so when you go to pickup the cupcakes for your kids birthday you are up a creek.I seldom give negative reviews, but this one is well earned

My wife ordered me a german chocolate cheesecake for my birthday which CB had never done before. They made a valiant attempt and I can attest that two days later the whole darn thing is now 86ed. So delicious! The cheesecakes are a fluffy style contrasted against the dense NY style. Don't be ridiculous, this is cheesecake and both styles are great. THANK YOU!

My wife and I stopped here for dessert and were absolutely blown away by the selection! If it exists in this world, Chocolate Boutique & Bakery probably has a chocolate covered version of it. The truffles were great! The chocolate covered cookies were fun, festive, and delicious. The store itself was decorated beautifully. Very fun and welcoming. If you're looking for a great spot for some delicious chocolate, look no further!

After 5 phone calls to place ONE cake order, I went to pick up the cake 5 days later only to see that it was incorrect. The employee Emma when I said it was incorrect said "good news, I didn't make it so it wasn't my fault" as if that made the situation ANY better. 10 minutes after she said she would fix it the cake is still on the counter. When I asked why she got an attitude and said she had to call her boss first and let them know instead of taking care of the customer then calling her boss. Then she starts blaming me saying that I gave her permission to call right that second. So then I had to stand there and wait for them to fix the cake All to pay an overpriced $50.

They have a lot of sweet treats to offer. Haven't tasted them yet but they look so good. Staff was super friendly. Only complaint is they only had one candy (haystacks) that was sugar free and we were looking for a gift box of sugar free chocolates as a Christmas gift for someone. So now we have to go elsewhere. Wish they made more sugar free options.

I had my wedding dinner next door at 2fogs. We ordered many desserts. Cannolis, cake pops, chocolate covered Oreos, cheese cake cones and a jumbo cupcake. Every single item was fresh, full of flavor and decorated beautifully. I got so many compliments. If you need a bakery for your event... this is it. They were amazing to deal with and the price was great! Thank you!!!!'

Super nice staff every time we go in. My only issue is they are always out of waffle cones when we go in. I wish they would make more. Otherwise, great treats!

Gorgeous display of sweets, but out of all the different treats we bought the only things we really liked were the cheesecakes & a few of the macarons. The chocolate covered bacon would be AMAZING if they didn't have such a thick layer of chocolate on them- sometimes less it more. We wanted to like them so bad, but most of what we bought didn't get eaten😞 positive I'll be back for some more cheesecake though!!

Ordered 100 cake pops from Chocolate Boutique and Bakery for my baby shower. They were AMAZING to say the least. From my first call to them and throughout the entire process, they were friendly and great to work with. They also provided the best price for a bulk order, so it was a win-win. All of my guests were ranting and raving about how delicious the cake pops were. Theresa (the owner) made them exactly the way I described to her and they were ready to pick up right at 9 am on the day of my event. On top of that, their shop is SO cute and they have so many other delicious items besides the cake pops. I will definitely use them again for any events I have and will also stop in whenever I just need a sweet treat for myself - five stars and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for desserts in this area!

I have never ate desserts like this!!! I moved to howell 2 years ago and out of all the other “sweets shops/bakeries” this one is BY FAR the best place in Howell. Cheesecake scones are the BEST. It’s fair priced AND the owners are helpful and welcoming !There was a new place around the corner from them I decided to try ....... their desserts are really pretty but that’s basically what I felt like I paid for ....... you can tell when businesses use better products to serve customers. Unique and cute! I will go here from now on even if I need a special cake made!! I’m not even a sweets girl but I’m hooked !!

This is a very nice sweet shop in downtown Howell. The wooden floors and brick walls create a lovely ambiance. Their indoor seating was open, and their outdoor seating area also appeared quite pleasant. The service was friendly and attentive. Their chocolate selection is excellent, and their ice cream offerings are also fairly complete as far as standard flavors. My grandson and I got Superman ice cream to share. But for me, the baked goods were a highlight. We took home a Chocolate Oreo muffin and a Chocolate Peanut Butter muffin. They were delicious. This will undoubtedly be frequented destination.

I love trying new places, especially a local store. Super cute baked goods with friendly and helpful staff. I came to try their fare. I got a chocolate covered potatoe chip, 3 different kinds of cookies and an canolli! All were great! 😋

I am going to be using their single serve cheesecakes as part of a dessert choice for my wedding in September. The owner was very helpful and was willing to make whatever I had in mind as well as let me taste test all of them. Not only are her cheesecakes delicious but so are the cannolis. Supporting local business is the way to go!

Those cupcakes were the best I’ve had in a long time!!! They were perfect. LOTS of frosting (The new bakery has less than half that amount for more money) and it was moist, flavorful cake. Loved it! Too huge to eat in one sitting. Perfect for two.No, there’s no ‘up front’ parking but 20 feet isn’t too far for any of us to walk. Lol.
