Asked for a specific cut, dog came back completely SHAVED. She is an Airedale terrier, they do NOT get shaved. She looks like a completely different dog. will not go back. Owner was rude when confronted nicely about how displeased I was with the service. Absolutely unacceptable.

Our dog's hair gets thick & kinky, I was afraid he would have to get shaved. Jennifer said once she bathed, conditioned and blew out his hair she was able to give him an adorable puppy cut. Love BF Dog Salon, Jennifer Stylist!

I took my dog Willie here for the first time and holy cow!! they did such an amazing job informing me about what i wanted to do and gave me better options for my dogs coat. The staff was also very welcoming and took their time getting Willie comfortable. i will 100% be brining Willie back here! Thank you ladies so much!

The absolute best place I have ever taken any of my animals in 20 plus years. Natalie and her staff make the dogs and us feel like family. This is the ONLY place my dogs came back from not traumatized and has all their nipples intact.

The best in town.I rescued a husky that is aggressive, and this was the first place I took her to. They worked with her despite the unknowns. I am forever grateful and continue to take Meeka back. They spend the time and touch all details. The end product has been worth it, on top of the great service. Definitely recommenced!

Drove an hour and 45 minutes to take my dog there. Natalie loves my dog like he is her own and he loves her and he doesn't like very many people. Will continue to take my dog there as long as she's there

The whole experience was horrible. The least important but still aggravating was they don't accept debit/credit. Which would have been fine if the lady on the phone setting up the appointment told me.The place itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month at best. There were spider webs hanging down from the ceiling, dog fur everywhere and dust covering the literature they had out for reading. A girl was sitting behind the desk looking at her phone the entire time. Pretty sure she was employed to hold the seat down.My dog was there for a bath and nails. The bath I think was ok. But the nails looked really bad. They're still clacking on the floor.The staff that wasn't sitting on their butts was nice though.Not going back.

Our Pixie dog is usually a handful for any groomer and whines about having her nails done, but they are great with her here and the prices are very reasonable.
