I shop at this store almost every other day. A few months ago this store was so cluttered, dirty and the manager that was there was rude. This new manager has turned the store upside down for the better its nice and cleaned, recovered really well, not cluttered anymore. The staff greats customers when they walk through the door and they are pleasant when checking out customers. The new manager did an amazing job at turning this store around.

Shelves were fully stocked, store clean and orderly, but the staff working during my visit really topped the overall experience. Supervisor on duty provided the best customer service I've seen in years. Both staff were polite and had excellent manners!

I have always been glad to shop here and always had outstanding customer service. Until today... The lady at the register made me feel like I was a burden to her. That she actually had to do her job and ring my items up to let me check out. If you are having a bad day don't take it out on your customers.... Impressions last. Everytime I see this women now I will remember this encounter.... Short, thin, blonde/Grey haired lady with glasses... RUDE!

It's family $. I usually have a good experience. Only one time was bad because I think am employee was scamming ppl. He said my receipt wouldn't print and it was the one time I bought a bunch of things. It seemed a little too expensive but I wasn't sure until I went home added everything up with tax did I realize he must have charged me twice for the the same "pricier" item. I'm guessing he pockets the extra cash later. Idk tho. Generally they're great!

This store has the nicest staff and the cleanest family dollar I've ever seen! I was having trouble with my online coupons and the staff helped me figure everything out and took extra time to do it. Normally people would get irritated because of the coupons but they were more than happy to help!!!

This Family Dollar in Howard City is a fantastic store! Good variety of products that are well stocked. The staff keeps the very clean and they are super nice too! :)

Like the store. however they really need to do something with the smart coupons,half of them never work. Someone should really fix the bugs

They were really rude there had to use my bridge card the lady there didn't know how to get it to work at register she let whole store know that I was trying to use food card so embarrassing
