Johnathan is always in the store when I come in. He constantly has a friendly demeanor and is able to give his own personal experiences for the products, making me feel more comfortable with what I’m buying. I love having Johnathan as my cashier.Another cashier to note by name is Amber. Just like Johnathan, Amber is very knowledgeable about most of the products in the store, even if she has no personal experience with it. These are my two favorite cashiers at wild bills houghton 🖤

I was so excited to discover we had a Wild Bill's locally! Kind of a mixed review for the staff🤔. First time (around Christmas 2022) I had a FABULOUS young man who was helpful and knowledgeable. Subsequent visits I've had okay service. Definitely cannot say I've had poor service and I'm happy we have the store in town😀

I bought 2 vapes that we on a deal for $30 and wild bills charged my card three times and told me that they didn’t take extra money even thought I was watching the money drain from my account $54.78 was taken from my account make it make since wildbills

Love going there for anything i need, only place i shop at now for pipes etc! Great staff, super helpful, Eryn and Gabe are my favorites to go to for help, advice and service! Eryn is super friendly and helps me with anything i ever need, if i ask her about something she doesn’t know about she makes it a point to find out for me fast and easy! 😁 bought a roach clip bracelet from there that i absolutely love! They have the coolest glass pieces I’ve seen compared to other shops! For sure a most stop shop! Make sure to ask for Eryn or Gabe! ❤️

Staff is nice, but not always knowledgeable. They sold me the wrong coils, and I couldn't get a refund or trade because of the store policy.

The worst place to buy anything. I spent $70 and both vaporizers were defective and didn’t work: the clerk did not give me a receiptThen I went into the store the next day to exchange them because they didn’t work. They told me NO EXCHANGES, no REFUNDS. Without a receipt. No exception.She couldn’t look up my order. She couldn’t do anything for me.Don’t shop here if you don’t want to waste your money on products that don’t work and if you do, you better get a receipt or your SHT OUT OF LUCK!!no worries. You guys will be reported for abusive consumer behavior.
