They called and wanted my prescriptions put on an automatic refill and mail them to me . I don't drive am elderly and disabled so it sounded good to me . Well after 4 months of not fulfilling my prescriptions properly and trying to get to the bottom of the problem ,rude pharmacy technicians that blame the problem on computers and say they can't fix it . The company that they contracted with to do automatic refills, has not fulfilled their obligations and the system doesn't work properly and there was nothing they could do . The employees said that the system has been very frustrating to them and that they have wanted to quit their job because of the systems ( the computer mal.function . They even recommended me to go somewhere else for better service . So ya I did .. my experience with Walgreens has been very bad . The technician were really rude and blame the problem on someone else and tell the customer to go somewhere else . Wow . If I hadn't experienced this I wouldn't believe it .

I switched to this location and it is absolutely the best pharmacy I've ever been to. The staff are friendly and helpful and everything from questions to refills are in a timely manner and with a smile. Excellent service consistently everything! Love this place and they have some great gifts and things to check out as well

I've used this pharmacy since Shopko closed, for myself, my wife and my 3 kids. We have occasionally bought snack/food items or other things, but mainly just get prescriptions here. I also deal with Walmart Pharmacy for my elderly dad's prescriptions, for comparison. I have never once felt like I was treated rudely at Walgreens. During the pandemic I have picked up all our prescriptions at the drive-thru, which I never used before the pandemic. It's great not having to go into the store. Sure, there can be 3 or 4 cars ahead of me, sometimes blocking the rear driveway or even the cross street, but the building wasn't planned for pandemics. The service is just ordinary, but I have zero complaints. Some other folks must somehow be triggering bad results, IMO. Or looking for bad in everything.

The fact that they have no Pepsi products is ridiculous. The drive thru, in store and phone lines are always a very long wait. Pharmacist have always been kind and knowledgeable, while the pharmacy techs can be quite rude.

The most well managed pharmacy that I have ever been to.Polite, helpful, and always a positive attitude from all staff.I even gave the entire pharmacy team a holiday card because of how much they have helped me. They go out of their way to get you what you need and make courtesy calls if you have had a problem.My recommendation is to use this pharmacy for all of your medication needs.

Friendly, enthusiastic staff, great clearance deals. Pharmacy staff are outstanding - the best around for speed, helpfulness and more personable than any other around. I won't go to any other pharmacy despite the 40+ miles each way.

Very nice Walgreens everyone was very nice but when we got up to pay there was this very rude employee that kept raising her voice and interrupting my mother. She was not nice and I don't think she should be working there. Her name was Julia.

So very sad!! This store used to have such amazing service and now REPEATEDLY prescriptions are not done a week plus after they are ordered, they dont or wont order what is prescribed without even contacting the patient or the physician to let them know....and when it is politely pointed out to them...no apologies and no concern what so ever like this is just business as usual. AS A PHYSICIAN I will stop recommending them over other pharmacies..make the trip and go to Aspirus Keweenaw pharmacy where someone might actually care about your prescription...I am personally done going here!!
