Great friendly staff, Kevin is a great asset to this store. Best place in the Keweenaw for dog toys, food, and accessories by far. Also stocks Red-Brand farm and dog fencing at better prices than the Marquette box stores.

I went to purchase a carry on trailer and I'm told it's cash or personal checks. No cashier checks because of company hoops they would have to go through. So I'm thinking to myself how bad do want me to go elsewhere to get what I'm looking for and there's one in your outdoors yard. My bank doesn't put a loan into checking accounts to buy big items and I told the store manager this. If he would have told me that he couldn't take a cashier's check one more time I'd been out of there and to another place looking to buy what my buissiness needs to do it's jobs.

Store is clean but not always stocked. Many times you have to ask if they have a product and the will go get it from back room. Staff are polite, courteous and very helpful. All businesses are having a shortage of employees, remember to be patient and respectful...they are doing their jobs plus extra!

I get my supplies for my three rabbits here and I always find what I'm looking for. They have good and fair prices and a lot of brands to choose from. They sell everything for pets and they even sell clothing. It's really big and has everything you need. The staff is friendly, and are very helpful.

I enjoyed my shopping experience at this store. It is comparable to northern tool and equipment but with horse and cow stuff/pet supplies. I highly recommend dropping everything and stopping by. You won't regret it. Bring the whole family or leave them all at home and have a few minutes of peace and quiet while shopping for tools and equipment.

Good selection on most things, though they don't have much stuff for cats, not that I really expected them to. Store is well laid out and always clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful too. I also appreciate that they care about the community.

On positive side - good prices, I've bought wood stove supplies, lawnmower, animal feed & supplies and staff is helpful. Down side is sometimes hard to find someone to ask detailed questions esp. up front. Cashier is always very busy. Wish they had another person up front.

It's a place to fined what you need for large yards and small, also feed for all your animals. They welcome dogs, make sure yours behave as they should in public. Don't ruin it for everyone else..have some things needed for tractors, tow straps, and recovery straps. Yes there is a difference. They also have clothes, and boots all sorts of things needed.

You can get so much here! From grommet tools to livestock antibiotics, it's a great place to pick up what you need around the property, and stuff you didn't even know you needed. They have fair prices and good sales that are worth the trip.

Employees were rushing about but not to be of assistance. I was asked whether I had a "loyalty card" but not offered one/means to obtain one. I did not purchase several larger items due to being unable to get assistance.

Their curbside pickup is a joke. I placed an order online for items that were all listed as in stock at the Houghton location, and it was cancelled. I called and talked to a store member who said that only one item was out of stock so the whole order was cancelled - and that I couldn't place an order over the phone. He confirmed the rest of my order was in stock so I immediately reordered for the rest of the stuff I needed. It was cancelled AGAIN. I then called Erickson's Feed and Seed in Hurontown and placed an order for all the items I needed, it took 5 minutes, they put the stuff aside for me to pick up, and the service was much friendlier. Also cost me $15 less. Would definitely recommend going to Erickson's instead.

Nothing special, just another copy of a Tractor Supply you've seen anywhere else. Average prices on a lot of stuff. They beat any local place for sheer volume of things you can buy, but do they give you the local expertise and tips & tricks you really need? Or know you or your family? Not quite the same, but that's what you get when you shop at a Big Box store.Finding staff here is often a challenge, I don't think I've ever visited when there were more than 2 people working the floor (including the register).

I go to Tractor Supply regularly for wild bird and pet things. They have alot of stuff that's different from Walmart . In the fall they have deer hunting things. I don't like the narrowness of the aisles and there are alot of obstacles. Their service rates low with me. Mostly only one cashier so there are long lines. They don't call for a second cashier. Or the one cashier is far from the register so you have to wait longer anyway.
