First time stopping in at the Houghton location, Jamie was extremely helpful during the check in and made some GREAT suggestions.As soon as I went in the rest of the crew was also extremely helpful and made this one of my best experiences I have had at any dispensary.Highly recommend if in the Houghton area!

World of pure imagination! Great selection, great staff, and one of the coolest sample system that allows yo you not only see but smell the flower prior! Been to a lot of dispensaries nation wide this one is my favorite!

The people here are super friendly and chill and the guy helping us seemed like he knew and had experienced quite a few of their products. There's a wide selection here, and as a bonus, they even have sugar free chocolates.Keep in mind that they are cash-only, so plan accordingly.

I like the store; the people are very friendly, competitive prices & helpful! Unfortunately the website is another story. Seems like they do the 'bit & switch' tactic as I've never been able to find any of the specials they tell me about in emails they send . . . . :-(

Great place. Always great specials, great selection, but the best part is the staff. Doesn’t matter if you’re Willie Nelson or it’s your first foray into the world of cannabis. The staff will happily spend 30 seconds to grab what you want and ring you up if you’re the former and know exactly what you want. And they’ll spend 30+ minutes with you if necessary and explain all about strains, flower vs edibles vs concentrates, etc if you’re the latter. They don’t treat you like customers, they treat you like friends. It’s awesome!

This company engages in Predatory business tactics. I needed to give them my phone number for a simple one time purchase. I expressed my hesitation, telling them I didn’t want to be contacted. I have since received daily texts asking for a “Y” response to opt into their marketing campaigns, without providing you an option to opt out.I’d recommend shopping at one of their neighbors (NHS or Lume).

This place is great for all your THC needs! The staff is so friendly and willing to explain things let you smell fresh product to really see what you are getting ! Also super knowledgeable about the products and the effects they will have ! Jamie was extremely helpful and hooked me up with the proper edibles to set me right !!! Lastly their system for getting you in and out is extremely easy and have a relaxing waiting area for you if there is a line which for me has been almost never !!

Love the Firehouse both in Houghton and Marquette. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The product selection is out of this world. Price is fair. You will be glad you stopped in! I think their the best in the UP!

I've been in a few times and had great experiences both times. I'm not too familiar with all the products and lingo but the workers always were super helpful about what I wanted. Tonight the bud tender helping me, Sam, was wonderful and super friendly. Helped me pick out some Mojo edibles that I really enjoyed :)

Lauryn helped me today. I had called another dispensary and asked “what’s your cart deals?” The lady rudely responded to me. So I called the fire station and asked lauryn “hi what’s your cart deals”? And she nicely told me every detail of every deal, she was so nice, calm, and seriously gave me every single detail right down to the T. I told her I would be on my way, and she politely told me to drive safe and she would see me soon. The fire station has the most friendly workers I have ever met, every single one of them. But today, lauryn was SO helpful. Wonderful team!
