The manager (Alan) was absolutely phenomenal. I called ahead to ask about a certain ladder that I needed, but I realized I wouldn’t make it to the store in time. Alan told me that he would stay and wait for me. A VERY nice and knowledgeable man. He is the rare combination of good and dependable. 100% Satisfied customer here

Very poor service. I called for a simple price on a paint sprayer and they would not give me a price without getting my personal info. I want a price, not a membership... I don't know why it has to be a hassle every time I call/go there for something. They almost won't sell you a brush without your info.... I've been a painter for years and this kind of service is why I almost never go there. I told the person there I could call back to get the price if he needed to call to get a price, he refused. So I hung up. A few minutes later I received a call from the store and when I answered, they just hung up me.... I wanted a price, they refused, I ended the call and apparently that upset the employee enough to prank call me..... cool... I wish I could have gotten a price and purchased a paint sprayer. I also needed a pressure washer. I guess my money is no good there. Thanks.

We have always found sales people to be friendly, helpful, go above and beyond to assist us. The store is very clean, products are great quality for the price. We shop no where else for the paint and anything else we need to get the job done. Best thing of all is we are in the computer so always know what to get if we need more paint, etc. Wonderful place, deserves the five star rating.

Kevin gave us 5 star service. It was a busy early Sunday afternoon and he was the only one working. He was able to help two people at a time. He would get the paint shaking go to the next person, get the next order shaking and check the first person out the door. He was super nice and knowledgeable.

Leaving a review for my friend....He said, overall, he had a great experience here. He passed out on the rooftop at about 1am on a Saturday coming back from "The Dog" (Douglass Houghton Saloon). Luckily, Marebear was able to locate him in the night. He said the roof was pretty comfy but he would recommend bringing your own pillow.The roof is easily accessible from the back (South) and quite comfy. 10/10 would pass out on the roof again.

We went here to pick up stain for a school project. We'd never done staining before and the guy who helped us was so knowledgeable and friendly! He walked us through all of the steps to stain wood and he answered all of our questions. We highly recommend this place for anyone who doesn't know what they're doing

Over the years I had tried several colors of paint in my kitchen, but none were really right. I was talking with the Sherwin-Williams gentleman about my kitchen and after some questions he suggested a color I would not have chosen. I bought a small can to give it a try and to my amazement it was PERFECT. It pulled everything together. I have been extremely pleased with the service and large range of paint colors.

Great service. The guy at the counter has a coupon taped to the table so even if you don't have one, you get a discount. Can't remember the last time I paid "full" price for anything, which is good because it is a little pricier than lower-quality competitors.

Absolutely LOVED the process of phone ordering and curbside pick up. Katie was vastly knowledge and helped me with every aspect of a fairly difficult painting project in a 1905 house kitchen remodel that had been started before the pandemic exploded. From excellent primer advice for old plaster walls, to the right paint for the adjacent 3 season porch/pantry area, she/the whole experience, was fantastic. And my new/old kitchen space looks lovely, much better than expected. Among the best shopping experiences of my entire life. For real. Crazy how doing things differently in the pandemic can yield such good outcomes 😊.
