You can literally NEVER go wrong eating Culver's. Fries are good and the same every time. The burgers, ALL of the variants are all great! The Wisconsin melt with extra fried onions is My personal favorite, make it a basket with large fries and large Culver's zero calorie root beer. Perfection! The staff is always friendly and it's always very clean, even when it's really busy. Pro tip... Try the fish fry!

They either need to check the grills thermostat or stop skimping on the butter. Coming from Wisconsin, I don't expect other states to be as good as the originals, but this burger today would have Mr Culver rolling over in his grave if he wasn't still alive.At first glance, we see wasted money on research and development as the burger is incorrectly assembled. We do taste testing with different builds of the entree using the same ingredients and only use the ones preferred by the test subjects.Now, for the burger, I'm just shocked at how hard the pattie is. Every bite crunches like it's made entirely of bacon.Big props on the fries are just like being at home.

Got take out butter burgers 4/23/24. Ordered ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions, tomato, lettuce for toppings. When I get home no toppings at all. When I call to complain the ignorant person who answered says ahh is there anything to do about it? I told her I'll bring my slip in tomorrow for a refund and not visit that business again. Please train your employees to do their job right!!

My last time at this Culver's location. Waited in line 15 minutes with a group of only 3 people ahead of me. I ordered double butterburger with mashed potatoes and gravy as a side for my value basket meal. It took at least another 10 minutes before my meal was brought to my seat. The mash potatoes were piping hot with chicken gravy, ate some then started to add ketch to my burger. The patties were not only burnt but see through thin. Looked like someone sliced through it to make both patties, burnt and un-edible. I turned it in to ask for a refund, was told many staff quit in last few days, there was a new cook. They even said the burger was not edible. I recieved a refund. I had troubles at this same location before so I won't be back.

I was going through the drive through as a women by the name of gabby sorvisto was at the window told me my total and so I reached to grab my friends money for her food, turning back around a man helped me as the gabby went back to bring another coworker to the window who goes by the name of aiden, as I waiting for my food aiden opens the window making threats and calling me names and racial slurs I told him I’d like to speak to his manager as gabby comes to the window with a smirk on her face saying she’s the manager and there’s no other help I can get. I pull foward waiting for my food as the actual manager came out to get info on what happened overall a very horrible experience by the two individuals

The prices are reasonable but the flavor is lacking on the chicken tenders. The texture is mushy and unappealing. The cheese curds are pretty good and the ice cream is ok.

Often a long line but worth it. Frozen custard is thicker and creamier than ice cream. Love a concrete and a butterburger. In terms of fast food, it's a better option than most.Updating my review because the chocolate custard is always melted in my concrete when hot fudge is a topping. I've never had this issue at other Culver's with the same order.Vegetarian options: The Harvest Veggie Burger is quite tasty, even as a non-vegetarian. It doesn't appear or taste like meat, but is a mixture of mushrooms and vegetables seasoned and shaped into patty form. It is one of the few options I regularly order.

The restaurant smelled bad (old grease), the counters & floors were sticky. There appeared to be enough personnel working, but nobody was in charge of “clean up”.The food was okay, but the concrete mixers tasted like “ice” and not the frozen custard we are used to from Culver’s.Ate outside because the smell inside was so bad…The lady at the counter taking my order was most pleasant.

The person taking orders was overwhelmed as they were very busy with a long line waiting to order.It looked like the manager was cooking. The order taker told us he'd be with us in a minute as he had run out on $1 bills for change.We watched as another employee took all of the $5 bills in his drawer to get him the $1 bills. So, as a result while making change, he now has no $5 bills for change. He tells the manager that he now needs $5's.The manager belittles the order taker in front of everyone, loud enough for us to hear it plainly! It was not the order takers fault! A good manager DOES NOT BELITTLE AN EMPLOYEE IN FRONT OF EVERYONE, including customers!!The manager was visibly stressed, which in turn made all of his employees more stressed.My husband also ordered ice cream and asked that it be brought after the meal. We hadn't even sat down yet and a young girl brought the ice cream! We told them we haven't even sat down to get our food, yet! Her response was rude and told us we should have said something when ordering...WE DID!SO, when done with his meal, my husband went up to the counter to get his ice cream. Again, another issue of rude comments that they didn't realize my husband could hear plainly.I realize it was busy and employees were stressed, but we should not be hearing the negative comments that were being made not only by the employees, but also the manager.

Culver's has always been good food with good service, but when I visited this location I was amazed at the rudness of the staff. I visited near closing on 8/27 and the older lady that served our food was incredibly rude. I wasn't given my full order and when I asked about it she scoffed at me and walked away. Unfortunate I had this experience with Culver's.

Appeared to be a relatively tense day, not relatively alien for a fast food place, however a women was yelled at for simply requesting something. Tough days are okay at fast food places, but it should be prioritized to not let it affect the treatment of customers to the best of the place's ability. We waited 30 minutes for our food. Most of it was there, but my father was left without his food. He insisted we don't go back, only because the employees were already having a tough day. Food is overpriced.

If I could give a zero I would. We came in and we ordered three burgers and chicken strips two fries three drinks and pretzel bites. We got chicken strips pretzel bites one burger and three onion rings. I went in to ask for the rest of our order and a heavy set lady looked at me and said why. The guy at the register explained that what was on the ticket was not in the bag. The heavy lady took our ticket and ordered the missing burgers. I asked for the french fries and she grabbed the ticket and said well that's not on here so you aren't getting it unless we ring it up. (Very rudely) I said but it's what I ordered. I didn't order three onion rings take them back and give me the fry. She said she would have to ring then up for then. I again asked why it's not my mistake, I didn't order THREE ONION RINGS but she was rude about it so I grabbed the ticket and left. WE PAID FOR THREE ONION RINGS THAT WE DIDNT ORDER! WE NEVER GOT THE FRIES WE DID ORDER. WE WERE TRATED VERY RUDLY BY THE HEAVEY LADY. We will never go back to that place and I highly suggest you check your order if you decide you're hungry enough to go there. Burger King is right across the street.

Takes way too long to get drive-thru food, last time I was there we sat for 20 minutes waiting for our food, it was an empty drive thru, then after a while 3 more cars came and ordered, we all waited for our food to be made and all brought out at the same time. If you're gonna eat there, better go inside to order. Also, out custard was melted/old. Disappointed. Burgers are good but the mushrooms from the mushroom and swiss is canned.

What I like about Culver's chain restaurants is that the food quality is consistent. This visit was no exception.We used the drive through for this order and were served by friendly, courteous staff.The food was brought out to us, because it is always made to order. The fries were clearly freshly made and piping hot. The burger and chicken sandwiches were well put together and all of the parts that needed to be hot were and all the parts that were to be chilled and fresh were.We will be back in summer to visit again!
