Bought an electric chainsaw of the shelf. No manual or included wrench/ screwdriver. I needed it for the next day. It is unusable as the drive sprocket was the wrong pitch for the chain and bar. Could easily have broken at full cutting speed, very dangerous. But I needed a quiet working saw the next day. Brought it back big waste of time, nice but useless employees. Called a real store and was going to spend over a hundred more dollars but they didn't have the $580.00 dollars for a refund. I'm sorry I heard for the sixth time. I'm the jackass for not being able to what I promised to get done. They're sorry and I'm out a hundred for a hired helper and going to spend an additional hundred for a needed working saw. I've spent thousands at Campionis stores never a nickel more. I have to go back Saturday to get my money back... bet I'm gonna hear I'm Sorry, again.

You can always get help finding the right item and John, the manager, will order what they don't have in stock, if available. Always a bit busy but quick che k out at both ends of the store.
