The wait is long and I agree that they prioritize drive through traffic. However, who will be in hurry when going to an ice cream shop anyway. The price has risen (see newest menu photo). Tried hot fudge sundae. It's ok, very sweet.

My family got to the restaurant and we were about #5 in line. We unfortunately waited for 1 hour from the time we step in line and by the time we got our food. If we would have been in the drive through it might have taken us 15 minutes. They highly prioritize the drive through over the front line. The ice cream was good, the burgers were ok. I will not be going back, if I do is in my car and just for ice cream.

Stopped on the way home from a graduation ceremony. I don't normally get over that way, but when I do I will be stopping there.Ice cream was good and prices were reasonable for the market. The flurries had a lot of toppings also.Great little local place off the beaten track, but worth the trip.

Love, love, love their ice cream! Their sundaes are constructed so nicely and the toppings are incorporated throughout evenly. Large, whole pecans instead of small pieces. The base ice cream is wonderful. Smooth and creamy and delicious. The staff is always friendly and quick to serve. They offer awesome flavor combos of soft serve, new ones every week. We would rather drive to Horton than Jonesville now. I’ve heard the food is delicious but haven’t tried it yet. I HIGHLY recommend!

Used to be one of my favorite spots to stop when traveling to or from my parents house. We stopped tonight and drive thru line was long...we waited for 20 plus minutes in the drive thru and decided it would be quicker if we got out to order. We waited another 10 minutes to order at the walk up window and then another 15 additional minutes for our food. Ice cream was wonderful as usual, but cheeseburgers were lacking mayo, ketchup, or mustard. And only 1 out of 3 had the right toppings on them. The young people were trying to keep up...but they could use some additional help based on this order. Will try again...hope the wait time and food order gets better, frosty king has been a long time favorite. Not sure about the name change either but maybe that will grow on me..

Good, not great. I remember coming here when i was younger with my family and the chili cheese dogs were COVERED in toppings. Not so much anymore, but the food is still good and the people are sweet.

Flavor of the week doesn’t let me down. Banana, lemon, toasted coconut are my favorites! The service can be a little slow at times, I think, due to people ordering food, but the staff is always extremely pleasant. Try the blueberry sundae with lemon ice cream when it’s the flavor of the week - you won’t be disappointed!!

This place is ridiculous I just waited over an hour to be told they didn't have several different things we wanted! No moz sticks no superman ice cream and we pay and get half our order and then soft serve suddenly stops working and no one gave any idea for a substitute (which were my kids ice cream) I had to have half my order refunded because no one can do anything.

It is 25 minutes away, but so worth it! The ice cream is delicious and so are their sandwiches and appetizers. We love Frosty Foods.

I HATE THIS PLACE. WE WAITED IN LINE FOR LIKE A WHOLE HOUR JUST FOR THEM TO HAVE BANANA PUDDING FLAVORED ICE CREAM. I AM NEVER COMING BACK. THE LINE WAS SO LONG. I UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED BUT THAT WAS UNACCEPTABLE. I am never bringing my children Morgan and Aubrey back to this place ever again.

They not only are very cheap, but they also have the BEST ice cream ever, totally beats any other around even in jackson area. Their food is great fresh and fast. U have to try it. i take my kids every weekend it's become a little tradition

The food and Ice cream is alright but the past few times I have went service has been lacking. I went today and everything was going great and then the employee who gave me my order was glaring at me for no reason when she handed me my food and didn't say thank you or have a great day... also they get over defensive if you return with a mistake on your order which has happened to me two times now. I understand it gets pretty busy but that's no excuse to say anything back to me when you're in the wrong and con people out of food they rightfully purchased. Makes me miss the other place they had a few doors down. Not easy to bash it considering I have went there my whole life but I hope they treat their other customers better.

It's the more expensive ice cream shop around the area. The ice cream is always runny right from when you get it. Almost as though it's though their freezers don't work properly. I would recommend the Parma one as the best shop around here.

Just had the BEST Jumbo Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana shake ever. That is one of my favorites. Every time we come home from Jackson, we always have to stop. Thanks to the girl that fixed it today. You did an amazing job today. A+. Please tell others how you fixed it. Plus it should be on menu :)

Always heard that this place had great ice cream. Gave this place a one star because we ordered four ice creams, two were wrong orders, waited in line for 17min and then had to wait another 8min for the order to get fixed. Wasn't impressed with the ice cream it wasn't all that great. Won't be back!

I waited in line for an hour and they were out of literally everything except slushees. I was very unpleased. I hope you guys step on legos.They should’ve told people that they were out of everything. My children, Morgan and Audrey are very upset and say they wish they were lactose intolerant.

Been getting cream here for 20 years now, best softserve I've ever had. Flavor of the weeks change on Sundays and are usually my go to. If you get cones make sure you ask for a card. 10 cones of the same size and your 11th will be free. They charge you for using a card, so I prefer to keep cash on hand for this place.

Their flavored soft serve is excellent! We had the Orange Pineapple/Vanilla twist and the Caramel/Vanilla layered cones. It was delicious.

We have been going to frosty king for quite a few year. It's about a 35 minute drive from my house, but we've always had great service and awesome food. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case :( the food and ice cream is still good. But the staff is not good. They have nasty attitudes, they forget or mess up the orders. We have had several issues. My daughter ordered a twist, they last asked if she wanted a chocolate/vanilla twist or flavor twist and my daughter said blueberry twist. She got zebra. I ordered a chili cheese dog with onions and they forgot the cheese. The next time we went my husband ordered chili cheese fries, and the fries were soggy. That's extremely uncommon because they dont have fries just waiting like McDonalds or burger king does. We ate there, so it wasn't like they had time to get soggy in a car ride. Once back in 2016 we (my husband and i) both had stale cones. I wasn't upset because it had been humid and I was sure that was why. I sent a fb msg to let them know and he took care of the issue. He took care of all these issues I had. He gave me a credit and I went to use it this past week. The girl at the window (younger with freckles) said my name wasn't written down. No big deal, but another girl (guessing manager) came up and asked me about it. I told her I had the msg and was trying to show her. The freckles girl took my card and i said don't let her run the whole amount since you are reading this. She did anyways. And the entire time she (girl with freckles) had a nasty attitude. The manager tried to refund my money and I said forget it I've already paid. When they called my order, my daughter went to the window and she (manager) gave her cash back. I know that the owners dont hire attitude and nastiness. In all the years I've been going to frosty king, I've NEVER had an issue until this year :( it's a shame.
