Wonderful customer service! The prices beat everywhere else I've been and there is sanitizing stations for the bottles which I haven't seen anywhere else. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

I do like this water store and the tower unit however I got a voicemail saying they were coming to pick up their unit… I was confused because First off it was a Jackson number I was getting calls from even though they are located in Holt, I rarely answer random numbers, then I get on the phone with the lady and ask why they were coming to pick up my unit and she said because my card was declined two weeks ago… I asked did they try again? She said no and tried again while on the phone and everything went through fine. I gave them my card number to put it on file to pay my rent, if it declines, maybe try again after a few days instead of calling from a random number to tell us our unit will be picked up the next day.🤷🏽‍♀️

Great staff.$0.45 / gallon of filtered water is a fantastic deal! 3 gallons of water (refill your own container) was $1.35. Compare that with the cost of a new retail gallon of water anywhere else. Well worth the trip, especially of you're already in town to get groceries or do laundry nearby or just passing through.

Yes No more bottle water for me. The price for 3) 5 gallons of water is very cheap. I get them delivered to me. Customer service is great and the delivery Man is awesome.

The water we have out in the sticks is kinda hard and sulfur-y. We're happy to make the trip into Holt for good, tasty drinking water from the Water store. After a deposit, a 5-gallon jug is only $2 to refill...compare that to a case of bottled water and it's cheaper without all the waste of plastic. You can get a usb-charged pump dispenser for like $12 and you're good to go

Discovered The Water Store after moving to Dimondale in October 2020. Friendliest lady in the world behind the counter at rhe Holt location. She was great, very informative . and she gave us some decent suggestions. There's another guy that works there some days, he's really quiet but very nice. We will be going back as long as we live in Dimondale, which we plan to the rest of our lives. The reason we're going to the water store is because the tap water in Dimondale is so bad you can't even cook with it. Also The Water Store has great prices, and we love that they have 24 hour access.

Glad this place is here. Very quick and easy stop. I was glad to discover that anyone can come in (dont have to sign up for anything). Can refill there 24hrs a day even when store is closed. Always friendly there too. Well worth getting a nice container in the house to refill. We all drink more water now that we have a dispenser at home. Its nice to drink water without chlorine and other junk.

I found out about the water store at the Women's Expo. They have reverse osmosis water, which is what I use in my coffee maker, my pet fountain and my CPAP machine. Prices are great. Great customer service too.

The ozone to clean our bottles is a nice feature and made the water taste delicious. I have since moved out of state and still talk about this place. I miss it dearly!

While i truly appreciate the service. And its pricing. I have on approximately 20 occasions found the store closed prior to posted closing times on this and other visis the employee was visible. And at 10 minutes to closing not willing to open the door.
