They nicked and mangled a nipple on my elder dog. She didn't need to be shaved, let alone be injured. She was there for a bath and nail trim. They trimmed some of her nails. On each of the 4 paws, they left the center nails alone - long. What?! If you take your dog here you should stay in the store, though that won't really protect your pet pal completely. I'm not sure why she would tell her worker "not now, she's here"! I was the only one there. Just what else were they going to do to my old gal! Since her experience here, I haven't been able to get her in the car to go to the vet, without a major struggle. She is terrified the entire trip. Horrible horrific experience! Gave 1 star just to give the review to warn pet owners that this may not be a good place to have your pet groomed.

Poor little Holly doesn't get the point, but she gets treated to some pampering at Sue's anyway. Sue and her staff are always great with our little fuzzy, and she always comes back out happy, energetic and oh so fluffy!

I was introduced to Sue’s Grooming back in 2010 by the Vet I took my dog to when I started going it was her and her children back then …. Since then I had moved away and recently relocated back here and of course Sue’s team got my baby together plus the prices are sooo affordable oo how I have missed them ❤️💯

I've taken 2 dogs here to get groomed and have had the best service. I appreciate that Sue and her staff go the extra mile to make sure your dog is well cared during the grooming process! One of my dogs was quite insecure about not having a human in the room with him and she moved him to be near her so he would settle down and stop wimpering. Needless to say, this action helped my dog and he is now a good boy for his groomer, Ashley! Thank you for your service to my pets over the last 10 years!

I have 2 Shih Tzu's mixes. My oldest has been going to see Sue for almost 7 years now. They always look great and they're treated very well while they are there. She only takes cash/check, but I don't mind as it keeps the prices reasonable.

You definitely get the service for the price. Great low prices. My first time there and they did the great chop on my Yorkie mixed with shih tzu. He went in looking like a shih tzu came out looking like a Jack Russell. I asked them to only trim his ears and tail and leave an inch on his body. All of his hair was cut completely off. None of the groomers spoke to me, they left it to the receptionist, in which one of the groomers came and sat on the couch, (I guess In case if an altercation occurred,) to tell me that his ears and tail were so mattered (which was not the case) that they cut everything off. The owner told me on the phone that she would be out of town, so she was not there. I wish I would have made an appointment for when she came back, because she was very friendly and professional. I’m not happy about my experience😕 but, I don’t have to worry about going to the groomers for a while. My dog looks unrecognizable. He looks terrible.

Very friendly and good attitude people.They take excellent care of my pets and give them the Exact hair cut or whatever they need. If there is a problem, they always notify me before going any further. LOVELY PEOPLE....LOVELY PLACE.

Took my dog (beagle mix) there a few times and they got her clean. FYI they do NOT work with cats. Google search will bring it up for cat grooming but they do not.
