Customer service is awful here. Please avoid pharmacy. They have no sense of organization nor urgency. Doctor called in a script and rep didn’t even ask for my DOB and immediately said they didn’t have it. Called my doctor and had him call again, nobody answered of course and he left a voicemail. I then called the pharmacy and they said it will “be a while” before they get to the voicemail after they dropped the ball to begin with. I keep push for what “a while” means and they couldn’t tell me. This isn’t the first time they have missed reaching out regarding a script. Just a couple of weeks ago, my child was sick and a script was called in, they never reached out, so I had to call them a day later and was told the script was prepared the day before. Keep in mind, my daughter’s symptoms was time sensitive on when she began her medication. There’s a CVS right across the street, go there if you can.

I would avoid this pharmacy like the plague. I have been using them for more years than I can count, and in the last couple years, their customer service and ability to accurately and timely do their jobs has gone way downhill. The amount of errors and mistakes they make now is scary. They really need to get somebody who understands billing and accepting the manufacturer savings program cards. Even with savings cards on file, or calling them in person to remind them to run it through the savings card, they consistently mess it up and fail to use it. Depending on which employee you get when you call, it's very clear when they don't understand how to use the savings card program, they simply tell you that it's just not accepted due to insurance, which is completely inaccurate. They will also change your prescription quantity from what your doctor has actually submitted.If you have a medication you are refilling and they are out of stock and they don't know when they will be getting it in due to a manufacturer shortage, don't expect a call from them indicating such. Perhaps they think you don't really need the medication and it's not important enough to make a call? So I highly recommend if you do use this pharmacy that you stay on top of and review every aspect of the whole process. As for me, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Walked up to the entrance at 8:01 and found the doors to still be locked. Stood there for 10 more minutes, and watched two workers mosey around. At one point, they looked over towards the door, saw me, and then proceeded to walk to the back of the store. That was the point I finally left. I have worked retail jobs, and been a keyholder. One of the simplest things you can do for customer satisfaction is be open when you say you were going to be open.

Shelves were well stocked and they just happened the have a 50% off some summer items! I stucked to my small shopping list, next time I'll shop a little longer looking through their deals!!

Do anything right, ever. Please. I called in prescriptions for myself and my kid. I am told they will be ready next day. I go to pick them up, half of the kids are ready none of mine are. They actually said to me, oh, I thought that you wanted these another day. Yes please maximize the number of times I have to wait 6 cars deep in your forever slow drive through line. I want each of my prescriptions completed on a different day to really get on in there as many times as possible. Who does this? Then you ask them about it and get "Oh, uh, are you out, we ordered that I think" yes. I am out because its been a week since I requested the refill, I can't request it earlier do to insurance restrictions but apparently you can't get anything in with any semblance of a sane timing. It isn't like its a rare drug or something unusual, its thyroid medicine. Do better.

I needed to pick up my prescriptions at this new store to me. The pharmacy technician was very very nice. He was extremely helpful in that he would direct me with prompts and what was going on with signing in and would smile all the while. thank you Rite Aid on South Cedar Street in lansing MI

Out of order service. Had to wait 5 minutes for my already bagged and ready prescription order in the drive thru window, because the employee stopped to help an inside customer. In the middle of helping me finish my transaction. I will not be getting my prescriptions there.

The entire staff at the Rite Aid pharmacy in Holt are absolutely awesome. They are always courteous and seem to enjoy their jobs. I live in Mason and am a former customer of Rite Aid in Mason. The pharmacy staff at the Mason location treated me multiple times like I was inconveniencing them when I needed a script filled. I changed all my prescriptions and my wife's to the Holt location and have been very satisfied. Keep up the good work!!

Unprofessional and unusable UPS drop off center. They said I have to have a box and print the label. Where am I supposed to get that and how am I supposed to print it who has a printer anymore. You can't even pay for those things there.So I guess they didn't want my business.

Seemed to be bothering the cashier wanting cash back since she said they had no cash in the drawer at 3:00 in the afternoon so I asked her if she can get it from a different register which seemed to be a lot of trouble.
