I went to get some ice cream tonight and we have only been here 2 other times so i didn’t know a lot about the pricing for the soft serve. Once we got in there we placed our order and i realized that he put 4.99 for my sundae and i was thinking it was more than usual but i just thought maybe it changed. But once i got over by the ice cream station on the tv screen it said sundaes were 2.99 plus 25 cent i think it was for extra add ons so i asked the guy who rung us up why he charged me 4.99 instead of the 2.99 + whatever for the extra toppings and he told me that it didn’t matter and he didn’t care, i was so shocked that he said that so i said are you serious? and he looked at me and said yes. So i talked to the lady( the manager who had brown hair) and basically told her the situation and she had no clue on what to do. I got no apology but did receive the difference in the amount. I am not really sure what his issue was but honestly it was uncalled for & should’ve apologized for being rude. ( he was white and almost bald and had blonde hair)

Quick and easy stop. Has most of what you need but nicer than a gas station. Best donuts in Lansing. I love the apple cider doughnut holes and the apple cider from QD is my favorite.

My go to for food and drinks. I do have one complaint and that is all the potholes in their parking lots. I don't have a license, so i had to skate there. I went towards the door and fell. I'm writing this in the ER for a broken kneecap. Not fun. But otherwise I'm quite happy. Just beware the potholes!

RUDE!! The heavy set male worker with big hair SCOLDED me for saying hello ( nicely) into the drivethru speaker,, AFTER sitting patiently for 10 min with absolutely no response from anyone. I said hello wondering if they were closed. He told me to pull around to window, he does not greet me with a hello. He scolded me for saying hello and told me it DONT help to say hello on speaker! I explained I had been sitting there for 10 min and had no idea if they were opened He continued to scold me! In front of the manager whom could care less! I will not spend a penny in that store!

The only problem I have with this location are the other customers. Prices on some things are high but its a convenience store so they get a pass. Donuts are very good. Probably the best coffee for its price in the area. Some of the staff are more talkative than others but I don't go there for conversation, that said I've never felt like they were being rude.

Scott the assistant manager told me my son cannot come into Qd because he has Down syndrome and for that reason he not allowed in the store. He said because it was technically a restaurant and my son had no paperwork or vest on saying his condition he needs to wait outside. I will never spend money here and if you have a family member with special needs I encourage you do the same.

QD already closes at 2am now due to covid restrictions. Most of us who live in Holt and have lived in Holt for a long time is used to them being open 24 hours. So tell me why you guys need to close 15 minutes earlier then the posted time. Not only is it inconvenient but it's down right rude to the people of Holt. I guess 711 and USA2go will be getting our business from now on. If I closed early where I work I'd be fired.

Ordered QD delivery for the first time today and the service was absolutely fantastic. I had to change the order last minute and QD took care of it no problem. They delivered right to my door with no contact. Will be ordering again. Thanks for great service QD crew.

This is the worst Quality Dairy that I have ever visited. The workers are terribly rude. My experience at this Quality Dairy has made it so that I will never again be a patron at any Quality Dairy anywhere. They were also extremely rude to my two adult sons. I truly wish I could give them negative Stars.

RUDE! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.. WHITE DUDE WITH THE YELLOW AFRO SHOULD HAVE GOT SMACKED! WHITE CHICK WITH DARK HAIR CANT HANDLE SCOOPING ICE CREAM.. OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED..GET SOME NEW HIRES IN THERE BEFORE YOU LOSE OUT ON THOUSANDS THIS SUMMER AS THE ICE CREAM SEASON KICKS OFF.
