went in to shop and also get out of the rain and cold weather while waiting for my ride. was on my phone checking to see where my ride was multiple times to make sure I didn't miss my ride. I was also walking around and checking things out, deciding what I wanted to get, but other things I need but don't have space for in my ride and making a mental note of what I will need to pick up later. I then asked who I thought was an employee (was a customer) where the restroom was, because I needed to use the restroom. As I was walking up to the front to ask for the key to the restroom, an employee intercepted me and said "are you looking for something?" to which I replied, yes I need to go to the bathroom. She responded "well it's closed." so I said okay, never mind then, and started to look around some more. after that, I heard her on the phone with who I assume is security, trying to figure out "what to do with me". If they had just been polite and asked me what I was doing, I would've happily told them I'm shopping while waiting for my ride. But they assumed I was up to something and were extremely rude about the whole situation.

Love this place. Kristie is awesome. She really knows the store and where to find all the products i need. I needed a led switch and she knew where to find it. She is the best. Always wears a smile and is never hesitant to help. Love her . Love seeing her in store because i know my visit will always be awesome.

Last time I'll be shopping at this location. The employees are never helpful or friendly, but today my cashier was flat out rude and honestly, unprofessional. Apparently, expecting him to do his job as a cashier and ring up my stuff annoyed him because he was very busy chatting with a coworker. When he finally had time to return to his register, he made a snarky comment about "only being one person". Well, I'm only one person and it may not make a huge difference to lose my business, but I don't have to tolerate garbage customer service.

Store shelves are always empty. Floors and aisles are always filled with empty boxes, but shelves are never stocked. Need to have more employees stocking shelves.

Love this Store. Employees are nice... Matt the Assistant Manager is GREAT!! He always seems to be there working no matter the day I visit.Their coupons are AMAZING!!! I buy all my laundry products there because with their coupons the name brands are AMAZINGLY AFFORDABLE!!

The check out people become to interested in sharing details of their personal lives to the point of holding up the line.Changing to a one star from two. The assistant mgr Matt is super rude and annoying. Talks about personal life are still an issue. Store is super hard to navigate because of empty boxes and carts full of stuff to be put away. Some aisles are impossible to get thru. Shelves are half empty to empty as of late and pricing signs don't match.

The store itself is always clean and organized.But every time I go in theirs always a long line to check out. Plus the customer service is terrible. Which is the ultimate disappointment. I saw a lady ask a employee if they had a certain item. And the employee treated the customer as if she was stupid for not finding it. That it was a huge burden to take the customer over to where the item was.Very disappointing.

Often it smells in there. Something similar to cat urine. Employees are real weird, but the prices beat the Mobile Station across the road, and really it's a Dollar Store so you tend to have to grade it against other similar vendors. The fees on cash back are pretty criminal, and the cashiers try their best to NOT inform you of them. Read the screen I guess. Lots of people come back in and complain about those fees, which slows the line down for those that do read and just hit an atm...

I love my Dollar General! Great place to walk to for quick grocery or household items, given that Kroger is much farther away. Staff always courteous and store is clean.

This store is so unorganized and hard to get down the aisle with all the stuff on the floor. The clothes are jammed together and it is hard to find stuff. Staff pick and choose who they wanna speak to and unprofessional.

This store always looks over stuffed and confusing. Products everywhere except where they belong. Staff are always nice. Seems like they know what to do. Not sanitized at all. Nothing. Masks yes.

They have what I need most the time I love Wheaties but they run out fast or don't always get them cuz of corporate don't always get stuff people like all the time not DG's employee's fault they have NO control over what they get on the truck's and not every DG has the same things. Still has things others don't and they are not all owned by the same people.

No mask enforcement for patrons or employees. It's right there on the door when you enter.April 21 21. They should remove all face mask requirement signs from the establishment. None of the staff or clients follow it so they're just lying about caring about your safety now. Employees don't even disinfect.

This place is OK I go here at times when they have certain deals on items generally they have brands that I'm not to know your with somewhat like all the stores it's worth a try it reminds me of a dollar store in many ways

It's a good store with good prices, just needs some updating. The Plaza is trying has a certain vibe, but dg is kinda trashy inside. I mean it's a dollar store, so it's not a huge deal.

I love Dollar General, but after going into this location, looking for a item, I was so hurt when I was treated so horrible by this racist lady that worked there, she refused to help me or return a item which I had the receipt for, she told me they never carried at that store, so me and my daughter proceeded to look through the store, and found not only did they carry the item, they had some in stock, so I took the item up to the checkout, because I thought it was a mere oversight, while waiting In line this same cashier was waiting on another lady that didn't have a barcode on the item that she was returning she only had it in a plastic bag, and the lady just asked her did u buy it from here, and the cashier took her for it, and walked over to the shelf and got a different item but for the same price, and scanned it and opened up her drawer and gave the women her 15.00 dollars, she had no proof that the woman brought it from DG, so when I approached the counter the second time, even after seeing that they sold the items, and with having my receipt she stilled refused to give me my money back, buyers beware, if you don't look like they want you to look, they will discriminate against you!

The clerks wear their masks under their chins and then claim that mental or health issues to prevent them from following the Mandate to wear a mask.I won't be going back.
