We wanted a Syrian hamster for my sons birthday and I had a special interest in making sure we got him from a store that really took care of their small animals and knew all the details about them. We were directed to their hamster expert, Kellen (Kellin?) who was SO impressive. He spent almost 30 minutes with us explaining everything we needed to know, down to each hamsters personality so we were able to choose the best one for our family. He even was on his break! I cannot believe how genuine, caring and helpful he and the entire team was. Now we have our buddy “Toast” living his best life in his deep tunnels (he hides his food in his secret spot), burrowing to his hearts content, taking sand baths and enjoying the occasional veggie treat from us. We love him so! A big thank you from us!!!

My favorite pet store in Holland because 9/10 times the staff are friendly and helpful, which is hard to find in retail nowadays. They also have a good selection and a great return policy. You can accumulate points to earn cash off your purchase. It may not be a lot of cash, but money is money and if I have to buy something I might as well buy in a way that allows some money off in the future.

Nichole was an AMAZING help when fitting my dog with a muzzle. (She’s a lab. She’s not mean, but eats things she shouldn’t such as poisonous mushrooms 🙄) Nichole took extra time with her, ensuring she was comfortable and gave her treats when she had the muzzle on for positive association with it. She’s outstanding! I’ll go back because of how my dogs were treated, like her own!

It was my dog, Bruno Encanto’s first grooming ever. He is an extremely hyper dog. Everything was fully booked so I had to wait 3 months to bring him in. I was amazed of how he turned out to be and how they were able to give him a haircut. Really recommend Brooke.

Always a great experience! The location is always clean and well stocked. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Also, it's always a pleasure to deal with the pet grooming canter. Svetlana ALWAYS does an amazing job!

Abby did such an amazing job grooming my miniature Australian Shepherd today! She cut her fur exactly how I like it and was so sweet which means a lot since my dog is VERY timid. I requested her again for next time :)

I gave 5 stars because I have not had a single bad experience here, and the employees have always been friendly, overly helpful, and informative. Plus, I go here a LOT, so I'm not just basing this off 1 visit. Prices are competitive.

I ended up purchasing some toys that were on sale only to find out they are drastically cheaper than other places. Seeing as this is a corporate business, I would think they could offer better or more competitive prices. I would rather shop at a smaller business in the future because my money would at least be going to a better cause. Also the areas they keep the adoptable cats are very sad and small and feels quite inhumane.

I absolutely LOVE this store!!! The employees are all super kind, helpful and have great customer service skills....and the grooming!? THE BEST I HAVE FOUND for my monsters!! They are always happy when I pick them up, and that says so much. Many bad experiences, even at other Petsmarts. I'm so happy I gave them a shot, will never go anywhere else.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. I am disabled and I was in a lot of pain and Mitch was so nice he actually got me a chair to sit on and rest for a while. Also I was looking for a certain puppy food and Mitch tried to help me with this also but the one I wanted wasn't available. He did share that I could try another PetSmart that was right on my way home! He was so great to work with and talk to!!! Very pleasant great customer service!!!Even other customers helped me through out the store since I was carrying my new puppy and I was in a lot of pain!! What an amazing store, employees and customers!!! I feel so blessed for everyone that stopped to help me!!! God Bless!!

They were all so sweet and loved the new puppy. Gave us great ideas on how to get him use to nail trimmings and so much more. DJ loved everyone there just as much. Start training classes next. Thank you PetSmart for all the help and being an amazing store for our new puppy. DJ says thank you too I'm sure.

Nicole (i THINK that's her name.. blond girl, glasses, really disheveled looking... was stocking pet care area evening of 7/22/23 was EXTREMELY RUDE. I will never spend money in this store again solely based on how she treated us. Absolutely awful experience. She shouldn't be allowed to be on the sales floor to be honest. Trash.Edit: the cashier that night was very nice though. Shouts to her.

I always have nice people help me out. Almost always I will get a little extra info from someone who owns and has experience with the animal I'm purchasing for. Well stocked, they fit a lot of different products in store. I generally always prefer this store and workers before going elsewhere.

The company is bad. This specific location is fine. I, unfortunately, couldn't get soemthing from my normal pet store, so I had to go here. They have a wonderful fish department, are very knowledgeable, and the staff is very kind. However, they are anti bully breed. It is mindblowing that in 2023, people are so wilfully ignorant. Unless absolutely necessary, I would highly recommend not supporting this company with your business.

The grooming and nail staff are the best ever! My dog is very nervous about getting his nails trimmed, and has had bad experiences with other groomers. But the PetSmart staff took the time to get to know him and were SO kind and patient! Finch was particularly helpful. Highly recommended!

BROOK has groomed my dog 3 times. The last time she cut him so deep in the private area I took him to his vet. No stitches, but un called for. And my grooming bill. $78.00. No more.

Great location to grab supplies for your pets, as far as the grooming services in the back, do yourself a favor and go else where. The manager of that area doesn’t care about her staff, nor the pets coming in. Definitely needs a new management team before I recommend having your pets groomed there.
