Manager and Assistant Manager are very nice and work hard to make sure customers are happy and get the items they need or are looking for. If the store does not have it they will try to get it if possible. The employees keep the store as clean and stocked as possible and are all nice. They also do the best they can everyday.

Went here with my mother today, we live seperately, but I help her do her shopping. We came here to get a few things, TP being one of them. I was getting a pack, as well as my mom. We were told one per customer and explained that we don't live together, and we weren't checking out together. The male cashier with a black and yellow mask proceded to yell at my mother when she was explaining that we are in seperate households and it makes no sense to divide a pack of tp between our households, and there was no signage stating the limitation. If you work in customer service there is a way to treat customers, especially when they aren't being rude to you. This is NOT the first time having a negative experiance with this worker! He is always excessivly rude and acts as if his job is an inconvenience, leave retail if you can't do your job!

No 1.00 isle here at this location? Why? All other stores have it. I needed dog toys for my dogs who are going to a kennel for a week. I always buy toys at dollar general. Huge let down. All stores should be the same.

Stuff everywhere. There is no organization at this location so it always looks dirty. Employees would rather chat with friends than take care of the customer.

Had what I needed but on another note upon entrance there is a sign saying you must wear a mask for your safety and others NO ONE HAD ON A MASK EXCEPT MYSELF AND THE CASHIERS people are so selfish and disrespectful.

Go to Hudson or Osseo now. Hillsdale has been getting ran down. Poor customer service. Staff just work there to get a pay check.
