Excellent people. A real personal feel to their customer service. They were helpful, fast, kid and dog friendly was an added bonus. They were busy but made time to walk the lot, discuss my needs and test drive my options. All the staff we watched dealing with other customers had the same friendly attitude. The staff also had instant answers to the customers questions. Not the usual fly catcher "I dunno" stare. A nice clean place with a huge inventory. Sold me a tractor. When I'm done being poor I'll be back for some implements.

I purchased a MX 5200 with loader and backhoe. Jim was great to work with. He answered all my questions. Price was less than other dealers. Staff was very friendlyHis son Dakota delivered the tractor and answered any other questions I had.

Purchased a Kubota tractor with backhoe. Paid full price and picked it up. They said it was ready to go to work. But there was factory paint plugging some of the grease zerks. When Ginop greased the backhoe, the grease did not make it into the pins. Anybody that has greased a piece of equipment knows when the grease is not going where it should be going. Visually, it appeared as though there was grease because of the grease on the zerk, so I assumed all was good, until the pins started freezing up and the bolts holding them in broke and went flying like projectiles. Closer inspection showed that there was no grease on the pins. Pulled the zerks and burned off the paint and got grease all the way to the pin. Put in new bolts and now ready to go. Do not depend on your equipment being ready to go; check things out in detail before putting it to work.

How in the world this place got five stars is beyond me. This is by far the worst place to buy a tractor EVER!! I was lied to I was deceived and nade out to be a fool. After speaking to a parts and service "manager" about a used tractor John deere 755 I was told there was nothing wrong with it and we negotiated a price and I made the three and a half hour trip from Grand Rapids only ti find a piece of junk. Bad battery. Leaking axle seal. Cutting edge on bucket completely gone. No lube in front axle. Low hydraulic fluid in rear hydrostatic transmission. I mearly voiced my concern and was treated like I should just buy it and not say anything. The owner came out and told me this. The repairs were about $600 and seems how he came down $900 I was still ahead $300. He also told me that he would sell this junk tractor to someone else in a month for $7.500 thus meaning he planned on ripping someone else off. He was rude and very combative with me. I called the Allenson location with my concerns and was told someone would call me back and that never happened. This is not a good business and I strongly recommend not going to any Ginop sales. I ordered two bolts because they didn't have any in stock. Went to pick them up. One of the bolts was not threaded probably. So i only got one.Why didn't they order more bolts to have in stock, I don't know.I live a half hour away. They didn't even offer to do anything for me for not having the 2nd bolt. They want me to take time off work and drive all the way back to pick another bolt up. Why they couldn't have sent it to me at no charge to make it up to me.

I bought a Kubota L3901 from Jim and the crew a Ginop sales in hillman and my experience was wonderful. Jim is extremely knowledgeable and very eager to help and answer any questions you may have. I will definitely be shopping there again.
