I live close to this DQ, maybe a 10 minute drive and I usually only go once a year. I bet you're wondering why...well I'm about to tell you! The employees there are simply awful! They are rude, they are snotty, and they are all about what they won't do. I cannot tell you how many times they have told me they aren't serving hotdogs anymore because they are in the freezer...or they can't make that kind of shake because it's "too hard". Not to mention how they treat you like an inconvenience if you ask for a lid or spare napkins.. as a business owner myself I would reccommend having a serious talking to with those girls on how important customer service really is!! I'll be finding a different ice cream shop for sure!!

I’ve been coming here every summer all my life for ice cream and the ice cream is always phenomenal, as are the employees usually, only today I went there with my grandparents and ordered a blizzard flavor. Only seconds later I saw another flavor on a smaller menu that I hadn’t seen before and asked to change my flavor BEFORE paying. I was told very specifically, “no”, and they already started making the first one so I could not change it. I’ve worked fast food for many years and I’ve always had to change the customers order based on what they wanted before the order is done. This woman was rude, but the ice cream was good at least.

Normally we really enjoy it there. Supposedly they're open from 11:00 a.m. till 9:00 p.m. the last trip we made over there at 3:30 p.m. it was closed up tight and nobody around. Very disappointing. Hopefully all is well.

I havent even been there but yea i heard good things about it if its really hot outside go to the ordering counter and stand there you get a nice breeze of coolness from in there. I really dont know im just a kid who so happend to get this if you find me in atlanta well congrats you won your self a trip to the jail for stalking jk idc

First time going there a very cozy warm place set with my husband and daughter at the picnic table and head and ice cream Cohn & BBQ sandwich was very well enjoyed it was a beautiful ending for our trip out and my daughter had her very first piece of cheesecake thank you dairy Queen.

First off, we love 💓 the ice cream and have no complaints about service, courtesy, or competency of getting orders correct.We visited tonight with the DQ Mobile App promotion for a small DQ Blizzard. The DQ Web advertises this"DQ" as a Dairy Queen and also states it accepts/offers Mobile App.The employee preparing the orders told us they are a private business and do not honor the DQ Promotions. Yet, their signage, menu, and marketing is all Dairy Queen.What am I missing?

The people working got our orders wrong 5 times. (literally) The two girls working also cut me and my family off multiple times so we never got to finish our order. This Dairy Queen has very bad service. My sister also works at a Dairy Queen and this one violated multiple health codes. All three of my sisters have worked at a Dairy Queen at one point or another, they know what the codes are.

Time on website said closed at 10pm and got their at 9:03pm and told us along with 4 other families that they close at 9 with both of the open signs said open. Plus one of the girls the same one was very rude for the second time in a row.
