Our sweet little King Charles Cavalier got her first grooming last week. The groomer was so sweet to her. They did any excellent job and she was not afraid at all. I could tell they loved on her. We also take our mini Goldendoodle here. She is always happy when we pick her up and they do a great job on her grooming.

This place is amazing! We take our dogs to get their nails trimmed and our little scared and timid dog is so happy afterwards. Last time we took him in, the male groomer walked out holding him like a baby - it was precious! They have a great variety of natural food and treats and fun toys. The staff are super friendly and so kind to the animals. I can feel their loving energy the second I walk in there! I hope that locals will continue to support this place because it's very rare to find such a gem!!

Fantastic grooming experience from start to finish for my hard to handle 11 month old great pyrenees mix. They were incredibly kind, handled him so well, and he loved socializing with the other dogs while he waited his turn. He came out looking and smelling great, they gave advice on ear care, and sent me home with samples. It's so nice to have such a lovely groomer so close to home. I'll definitely be going back and hope to use them for daycare or boarding in the future, too.

Friendly service and fast. I had Highland Pets groom my 2 cats. One got a shave and opted for a lion's mane, ugg boots, and a puff tail. The other (short hair) got a blow out. I'm very happy with the quality of their work and will be bringing my cats back.

Highland Pets did a fantastic job on our Labradoodle! She got a bath, nail trim, and the best summer haircut she's ever had, all within two hours. Nice people, too. Other groomers in the area are either hard to get on the phone or need two months lead time to get you in. Highland Pets always answers the phone and got us in within a week. Highly recommend.

My fat boy has gained a lot of weight recently and areas of fur were getting Matted where he cant clean so we took him to highland pets when we noticed. They took roughly hour and half which is amazing time to groom a ferral animal Lol . I heard he was a HANDFUL so I can only appreciate and appreciate the time and dedication to get him back to healthy care. I also bring my dog here Oati they did amazing job with him, and I will also be bringing my new puppy here when she needs to be groomed. Our Bella LOVES this place - and so do I. Friendly, professional people who truly care for each pet they service. She was bathed, ears cleaned, nails clipped, dried, hair cut - AND play time with other dog friends! A very positive experience. Thankful to have found them! They are tucked away in the 59-West complex, give them a call. :)(our Bella, tuckered out, but clean and happy)

Very friendly when I first walked in, it was my first time taking my dog to get groomed and it was all explained to me what was included in the grooming price. My golden retriever looks amazing and I will be taking him back again.

In my opinion, no one should ever trust this place with their pet again. A dog gets loose, hit and killed and they hide it and try to lie about it. Disgusting.

Just moved to the area and of course one of the main things on a to do list is finding a good groomer. Molly who is a Golden Doodle has been there a few times now and she comes out looking great and one the main things she is taken care of on a timely basis. No keeping her 3 hours or more. I am very pleased with the attitude of both Jimmy and Marta when we arrive and while we are there. Another plus their rates are very reasonable.

I am so happy with Hudson’s haircut and underfur treatment! He’s a husky terrier mix that had been leaving a trail of soft down everywhere. Marta did a wonderful job with him. Hudson enjoys his visits! I’m very happy to have found Highland pets!

We were delighted to secure a timely appointment for our German Shepard adoptee. These folks have the touch, our girl was so comfortable with the owner and groomer. Both kind and caring individuals. Sophie was very clean and dry, with a smooth silky coat. Her nails look great, she had her teeth and ears cleaned too. I set an exit appointment to secure our next grooming. Very happy.

Absolutely Amazing!!! I have a very large Golden Retriever mix that had not been properly groomed in over a year. They did such a wonderful job ! I couldn't have asked for anything better . Such a friendly and knowledgeable place , I will absolutely be back . Plus there pricing was beyond reasonable . I will for sure will be recommending this place to everyone !!

We got our dog groomed here today. He looks great but he is acting really weird. He is so scared of everything which isn’t like him. He is petrified of everything since being home. Super sad and don’t know what happened to my baby. He was completely happy when he left.

I have a very long haired female orange cat that was in desperate need of a shave. She is very temperamental, and was in horrible condition, her hair was severely matted. Highland Pets were the most kind and considerate people. Did not one time judge me for the condition my cat was in. They did a beautiful job, at a great price!! She is like a new cat! They did her ears, and nails too! I cried when I saw her. She was my husband’s baby, he passed recently, and would be so happy with the outcome. Please consider Highland Pets for all your pet needs! They truly are wonderful caring people!

First time taking my Maltese here for grooming and they did a fantastic job! He was there for about 2 hours compared to 4 hours at other places which is nice. He smells great, looks great, and had a good time. Definitely taking him there again!

Super friendly, flexiable, quick, and cheap. Dude in there was cool. Did a great job. I had his nails done which I was cautious about because don’t always I feel comfortable with people I’ve never met working on my dog, but it all worked out fine. From the time we walked in and left was probably less than 5 minutes, Will be going back but also to have his haircut done

I could not be happier with the service we received. I have a 55 lb. Golden doodle that has been here twice. Her service includes shampoo, cut, nail trim and ears cleaned all for $65. The groomer is awesome. When she is done if we are not there our dog goes into the doggy daycare area with others. I highly recommend them.

Jimmy and Marta are the best. Very caring and knowledgeable. Jimmy helped my dog Mr. Maxwell come out of a bad depression from losing his dog buddy. He’s back to being the playful and interacting dog he once was.
