Probably one of the best stores I've been in imagine it like a modern-day TJ Maxx there is definitely something for every person here. You should personally go here once if you haven't before it is one of the greatest advents of modern society. Also they have the cheapest boxers in the area right now.

This place has a strong smell of gas... I mentioned it to the employees who really seems to not care. The manager with the dreadlocks was behind the counter talking on his cell phone about weekend plans and had it on speaker phone while there was a long line... never again. This is the most ghetto store ever

This store wasn't open when I arrived there. There was one woman sitting in the lot as I grabbed my taxi. I just wanted facts and actual information, and yet here I was , at 8:30 a.m ,with the store closed.

It's average for me. The prices are still good and the store was neater than it has been previously. The selections however, aren't what they used to be. They had almost no sportswear coordinates and it takes entirely too long at checkout.

I've always liked their selection of clothing for men and women. Girls selections are much better than the boys. Uniforms were in ample supply especially for girls... to include socks and tights, very cost effective! Especially on the shirts. Widest selection of cardigan and vest sweaters I've seen... mostly black or blue... cardigans aren't inexpensive. Customer services was amazingly pretty good.

Staff is extremely rude and obnoxious. Store is filthy with boxes thrown everywhere. Parking lot is full of homeless begging for money and litter. Very good deals inside however. Needs better staff.

Everything I need was in perfect view, even though it is a big store I do ask if someone could condition the store, I am happy that nothing was on the floor so there no slip hazards but with a few pieces of clothing thrown on to of the rack with an open and available hanger making a potential hazzard. Other from the statement said above, everyone had a welcoming attitude, definitely was happy with my overall visit. ☺

We got some great deals on small winter essentials- socks, thermals, etc. Had to go somewhere else for men’s & women’s winter sweaters and boots. Just didn’t have the selection and or quality we needed.

Great prices and really cute clothes. Good selection. You can find something for any occasion. The customer service could use some improvement. The cashier rolled her eyes at me when I asked her if they were open on Sundays. Ive been there about 10 times and only once was the cashier polite to me. If it wasn't for that I would've given 5 stars.

Staff was very helpful and resourceful. The sales clerk forgot to remove one of the sensors from a shirt. Security was very helpful instead of treating me as a criminal, sensor was removed and I left the store. I did notice that men's clothes ran a bit small. I recommend trying on all clothing before you purchase them. Store was clean and well-kept.

I would love to give this place a better score.....because the set up of the store is nice the product availability is really good. Not to mention, i love the location. It's very convenient.My problem is the majority of the staff. They don't greet you as you walk around the store or when you're checking out. They're not quick to help you find the items that you need......but they are EXTREMELY quick to tell you that they are about to close for the evening. Mind you. Not every worker there is rude. I have met some that very much like working there.....but the bulk of the staff need customer service training and they need to start greeting the customers more instead of watching the clock. It makes me, as a customer, upset to feel like I'm being a nuisance to shop there......and embarrassed, as a worker in the retail industry, to see people act like this at their jobs. They must improve on this IMMEDIATELY.

Now this place has really moved up! I love the home goods they have now. Bathroom wall displays, clocks, shower curtains, etc. Living room mirrors, floor pieces, rugs. Decorate your home with most of the things for a reasonable price. I buy most of my daughter's shirts from here and under clothes. Nice purses when you catch them at the right time. Things for your car. Spend 300$ you look as if you spent 500$ Can't go wrong. But you may be there longer than what you anticipated on. Because it's so much. You will be surprised. The line moves fast most days. They also have layaway. Must be 50$ I think. Go shopping!

The store is tore up messy hardly any employees be working. They dont have any professional interview or church clothes there was nothing for regular size women that anyone would like to wear. All they had in there was things for very plus size women. Thumbs down it was like that all the times I went I will not be going back anymore. It's sad because this is all that's in highland park for black people if you can't get around your totally at their mercy.

Not gonna lie I go here alot. I just got my girls school cloths and spend well under what it would have been somewhere else. It gets crowded on the weekends do it's best to go during the week. But other than that this is the best spot of good cloths for a great price

I loved shopping here, but the store started having less selections for plus-size women There's almost nothing in the plus department since the summer, but tons of juniors' clothes. The sizes and designs are not very organized at all, and you have to hunt around to find what you want in your size. Their Clearance racks are larger and filling up with unwanted selections. It's begining to look like a thrift store! A remodel would improve this store greatly.

If you want to shop on a budget this is just place. If your like though and your wanting a clean, tidy, organized shopping experience...this is not it. The some employees looked clueless as to what they were doing and even the manager was venting about the employees. It's a shame, hopefully it will improve.
