Today at around 6pm, I walked in with my service animal and showed the cashier lady my service animals identification for safekeeping, even though that it's not required by law. She said it's fine. We proceeded to shop when a light skin guy with locs in his head stated: "you can't have that dog in here!". My friend said it's my service animal. The light skin guy stated: "I don't care, he's not blind!" We finally approached the cash register and he stated: "I'm not servicing you, I'm waiting for the police!" We spoke to the police and they said that they can't make him service us. That's a violation of the American disability act. I already made a complaint with the department of justice. I'll be calling corporate tomorrow morning.

I wish I could give no stars. The employees there are rude, ghetto and just have an attitude for no reason; they talk down on and judge regular customers; They don’t greet you when you come into the store, always have to be the one to speak first and I’m the customer. If you don’t like your job and are not getting paid enough, don’t take it out on the customers, level yourself up and find a better paying job. You knew the job description before you accepted the job offer. I will tell my family and friends not to shop at this location. Bl**k females always think the world owe them something. Gtfo of here with that mentality.

It was ok the older cashier when it was my turn i always speak so I did and she didn't say anything back so I said o wow and kept it pushing maybe she wasn't feeling it today. But I do want to say its this other young lady that works there and I so love her every time she's singing always polite and definitely gives off good energy so great job young lady but it wasn't a bad experience so thanx guys.

I wish the service was more consistent. Everyone else is great but there's this one male cashier who doesn't want to do anything. If you have to grunt at customers for coming in, then just take the day off.

Shelves barely stocked. I had to open my own box of toilet paper even though there was a stock woman RIGHT there and I asked where it was. Anyway, they need more help. I'm retired and recovering from stage 3 esophagus cancer.😔🙄🙃

It's time to close this store, the shelves are always empty. When go to the line the cashier stated that the drawer was low so if I didn't use a card or have the exact amount she wouldn't be able to give me any change my items cost $8.10 I gave her $20 she looked at me I told her the lady in front of me gave her $12 my change was $11.90. I won't be back.

This place So fresh and clean smell good look good good people in there who working they treat they people will they Food Fresh not old they stay on point !!!But the only thing I hate is one person have to work there when it's a full line and it's that one person sometimes have to do all the work there that's bold but it be people there it's just that that one person working at that one cash Register doing all the work out of 100 people full lineBut other then that it's cool over there nice Area cabs cross the street from the others dallor General and everything sometimes city bus come right on time over there but other then that Dont have any problems over that area or with the people so far so I give them 100%

I had a very bad disrepectful!! Experience . it was only 1 register open!! A long line. I was talkin to a customer ahead of me we were just talkin.then a cashier came out of no where. Talkin. Tellin me how to talk!! Im 60. yrs old.i never had any promblems!! With her nasty disposition its all ready stressful enough! With this pandemic i didnt see a name tag.but i will never spend any money at this location!! Hair stuck up on her head ghetto hoodrat!! Sad to say the least!!!!

Well the store shelves are empty plus had to wait in line no shopping cats at all period l had several things to hold what they should do is have thoses shopping carts you cant take out the out the store with long poles on them and stick the shelves plus only one cashier the time l went in then finally someone else helped out this store is a good store just need some help in certain areas

They are a friendly staff always make you feel welcome when you walk through the door. They have nice music playing in the store. It's clean everything always in stock. I shop there a lot.

I just left this location. The cashier was not wearing a name tag so I did not get her name but she was very rude. She was carrying on with her own conversation she did not acknowledge my presence I spoke to her and she did not even bother to speak back not a great experience yes.

Worst one I've ever been to employees on there phones while the line continues to grow. Two employees at two different registers only one open seemed as if the manager wasn't around while they talked on the phone and wasn't helping customers 🙄

This place was nice in the beginning. NOW IT VERY MESSY IN THE STORE THE FLOORS ARE DIRTY AND SHELFS AS WELL .THE WORKERS ARE RUDE THEY ATTIRE IS DIRTY SHIRTS RAGIDY HAIR THEY JUST DONT CARE ABOUT THE WAY THEY LOOK OR SERVE THE CUSTOMERS. SHAME ON THE OWNER THEY JUST WANT MONEY. GET OUT OF H.P. WITH THIS MESSY STORE.

Family dollar got a shipment in and all they received was candy. And why is that. They carry storage drawers and have not had any in a week or more. They most think all we want for Christmas is candy.... really.
