Dr Mike has always been fantastic to my family of pets. When he had to keep one of my fur babies over the weekend he would go in during the middle of the night to check on her because of her diabetes. Couldn’t ask for better treatment!!!

Took my cat there and the exam room was filthy and the vet was not very friendly. Will never go back, I don't care how inexpensive they are. Love my new vet in freeland.

This clinic has always been a great place. Very reasonable cost. The Vet is a great guy and the office staff and technicians are very good. I know my dog is in good hands when we have an appointment.

Have been going to this vet for over 40 years. Started with Dr. Mike’s Dad! Now with Dr. Mike! I wouldn’t dream of going to any other vet with my dogs! Dr Mike is friendly and caring. Very reasonable in pricing also.

Took sick cat in. Within 2 days of visit he was better. Precautions taken and now on the mend back to himself. Affordable. Wonderful, caring manners. The only change I would like to see is the ability to pay with credit or debit card. I rarely carry cash and don't use checks. They do however work with you. It's just very inconvenient for them and for me.

Best Vet I've gone to. Yes, it looks like you are in someone's home rather than a high-end veterinary clinic, but that's how you can get service for a VERY low price. Mike is very friendly and makes sure you are comfortable having him take care our your fur babies! :) Him and his staff are fabulous ♡

This place does basic care, basically. The exam rooms are filled with half empty bottles all along the sink. There were surgical tools, random lotions, and other liquids spilled about. The vet assistant was the only person that remotely spoke to us, and barely. The vet was rude, didn't introduce himself, and came in just to jam a needle into my dog. What a total jerk. They gave no follow up care instructions for our dog that was neutered. They gave us medicine, but no other instructions. They don't provide any form of post operation cone, and won't even attempt to place it on your pet. Go elsewhere if you want a clean, knowledgeable, and friendly environment. This place is for puppy mills, and shady people to frequent. As there was a woman who was carting in cage after cage of feces covered puppies from the local puppy mill. Definitely will not return

Dr.mike is great veterinarian but his staff especially the from desk is very rude and doesn't answer questions or anything, because then they will just hang up on you. If you call back there are even worse on the phone and you still get no where.

Dr. Mike is great. My only complaint is that we can't go in the office with our pets anymore. That is the only reason why I am giving a 4 star.

I understand that vet services are backed up because COVID-19 but when calling and inquiring about a serious pet concern and your receptionist just says "yep, we are not taking a new patients" and that is it with no sympathy and then just says "bye" without a sorry or offering other options is a complete lack of professionalism. I have also heard from a former client that this place lacks follow up and professionalism. She now goes to Alma State Road Vet and is very satisfied.

I took my dog elsewhere to get neutered and figured out that he wasn’t up to date on his vaccinations and shot series that he should have been up to date on. Last time I was at the Village Veterinary Clinic for his shots and asked about scheduling another appointment I was told I didn’t need to schedule another appointment until it was time for his yearly check up. Disappointed to say the least...

I have been taking my furbabies to Dr Mike for 20 yrs. This man is the greatest.when Ann Arbor didn't help Caine our German shepherd..Dr Mike was on it in a hurry. Brought him back to health in 10 days. Not to mention he didn't charge a arm and leg. He's all about the animals and not the big bucks. I took my dog here because she wasn't putting weight on her back right leg. After waiting 20 minutes, we were put in an exam room, her nails were cut, he gave her a shot (without telling me what the hell it was.), told me she probably has arthritis and sent us on our way. What a terrible, terrible place of business. Not to mention, the exam rooms look like a hoarders paradise. Syringes everywhere, unknown medications laying all over the counter tops and floors. Just terrible. Hated ever minute of being here. Will not return. EVER.
